The virtual waitlist is useless. I joined and on my way there I got a call saying it was time for me to come in. I was like ok that was quick but I guess they meant come inside if I was waiting outside. After I signed in on the tablet it took me one hour and 39 minutes to get my booster shot. I understand everything that is going on but the wait is still extremely long. The good side is that i didnt have to wait in the cold compared to some places. This might have been because they were not as crowded.

I text join to be added to a wait list a was notified when it was my turn, upon arriving I registered and saw the Dr soon after, there was only three people in the waiting room at a time. I felt safe

Efficient! Love the telesignin, text when u should arrive, friendly attentive staff, even with tough patrons, physician was great! I live nearby and they will be my go to neighborhood clinic from now on.

I went for Covid testing and the staff was very kind, helpful and professional. You feel like they really care and do the test rightly because I went to other places before and they were barely trustable. The place is clean and quite as well.

I’m conflicted on leaving this review as I know how overworked and pressured the limited staff at this location is. Overall, this is a great location and friendly if not sufficient.My issues stems from the fact that for the past three times— three visits that I have had to take the whole day to queue up on the virtual line for for a time they I may or may not have— I have had a Medical Assistant do my COVID Rapid and PCR test wrong.I say wrong because I know how it’s supposed to be. I’ve given the test myself to others. I was trained in how to test. And yet this MA performs the test incorrectly and that gives a false report.I love seeing the negative result. I do. But only if it’s REAL.Tl;dr : The staff here needs to be retrained in how to correctly perform COVID testing.

Very organized and effective in terms of making appointment/registering online via their site. Receptionist and all attendants were very respectful, polite and friendly. The surroundings were very clean and considering the wait lines of some of these other urgent care and other COVID testing sites standing outside in the frigid weather, MD Urgent care got my two kids and I in and out in under an hour after registering. Thank you to the staff at this location.

I’ve come here twice for a covid test and have had a great experience each time! The virtual waiting list makes it easy (instead of having to wait in the cold). The process took less than 20 minutes from when I came in to getting my results.
