I called this location to get an appointment 4 what I thought to be allergies an invitation to my eyes where I couldn't open them at all. Upon calling a gentleman at 5 me that I could come into the office and I would be seen. When I arrived I could barely open my eyes and was having a hard time seeing. There were two people at the service counter. The young lady greeted me and asked me what was I there for. I shared that I needed to see a doctor for my eyes but I can barely lift my head. She directed me to the kiosk to login and continued on her cell phone. The gentleman which I believe his name is Kelsey noticed that I was unable to see and had tears streaming down my face. He immediately ask me to come to the window and asked me for my date of birth and said let me help you I will register you. He then proceeded to register me and immediately guided me into one of the rooms to be seen by a doctor.The visit with the doctor and the nurses in the back was very professional and clearly they realized how much pain I was in. I must say that I would have given this location five star rating had it not been for the young lady in the front desk.I feel that it is super important that the people that those that are in your front line in greeting customers patients clients can make or break your rating. The young lady didn't even take a moment away from her cellphone to actually acknowledge how much pain I was in and or assist me. Had it not been for Kelsey being observant and looking up when she responded to me I would have definitely given this a two-star rating. I hope that Kelsey is acknowledged for his amazing sense of humanity, care and attentiveness. I appreciate him taking the time to register me and exploiting me to the back immediately.Overall it was a good visit but clearly I was a little taken back by this young ladies Behavior.

Great experience. Very professional staff. The assistant and the doctor were friendly and focused in my needs. Very good facilities. I will get back there for sure.

Lets start with the front office staff..... Amazing customer service. There was a gentleman at the desk when I arrived today. He was extremely helpful and had an inviting attitude. Excellent at multitasking, as he took care of 3 patients without causing confusion. The Dr. was extremely efficient and accessed my issues accurately and in a timely manner. I seriously spent less than 20 minutes in this office! Great job!!

Staff was very friendly, waiting room and bathrooms are very clean and neatand the fee is reasonable.

Clean space. Great patient service. Short waiting time.

Excellent service. They took care of my pain immediately, then proceeded with X-rays, exam, etc. Empathetic, professional, caring. Great referrals as well. Before I left the clinic, my pharmacy was already calling me to say my meds were ready.
