List of Nawaiz Ahmad's Reviews
I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I went there because I suspected my silicone implant was broken. He took me as a patient and explained that if after the study found that my implant has ruptured the insurance won't cover it and I have to remove them and pay out of pocket. I agreed with that. He charged my insurance and charged me a copayment. This was all fine. When I saw him I explained that I need to know the situation because I am breastfeeding and he told me that the silicon can go into the milk and harm my baby. He ordered a sonogram and when I asked him why he doesn't order an MRI so he can know for sure the results he told me he will order it after the sonogram results come back. To my surprise his secretary called me a few days later to tell me that the sonogram said that I may have a rupture ( the same that I was thinking.) I said ok, please provide me a referral for an MRI and she said the doctor said he can't order it and if I want an MRI I can ask my primary doctor for a referral. I went there to talk with the doctor and he and his secretary told me ( both) that they get paid too little to bother to issue a referral for an MRI because the insurance takes time. I could not believe what this doctor told me to my face in a nasty way. " I won't repeat again, I won't order anything because it takes too long and I don't get paid enough from your insurance to do this," I told him please I have a baby that I can't breastfeed now. I beg you to help me and he says no. He didn't care about my health or my baby. He only cares about $$.He took as an excuse that my situation is not covered by insurance, then why he took me in the first place. I think he took me to charge for 1 consultation, and later when he had to do his job he just refused. He refused to deal with insurance and request an MRI.He is a greedy person that doesn't care about people's health or life. He has no ethics!

He wouldnt call the referring Dr. for my visit and ask for x-rays. He then made me take new x-rays and left before he could explain to me his findins, how to move forward or when it was safe to return to work. The nurse tracked him dow at another clinic and he said he would email the findings and instructions and never actually followed up. This Dr is a total sham!! Avoid at all costs! he spent a total of 3 minutes with me and didn't answer any of my questions!!
I saw Dr. Nawaiz as referred by my ER Dr who asked me to check my injured hand. Rather than ask the referring Dr. to see the previous x-rays he asked if I took pictures of them on my cellphone (which I didn't have). Then asked me to retake X-rays and sent me to get them. When I came back from my retakes HE LEFT THE BUILDING! The nurse said he left to go to his other clinic - no explanation, examination, further instruction or letter for work. He just gave me a referral to make an appointment with an occupational therapist. It was extremely frustrating he couldn't be bothered to give me a total of 3 minutes of his time! everything was extremely rushed, rude and non communicative. Easily the most unprofessional experience Ive ever witnessed in or outside healthcare.
called in regards to breast reduction, receptionist when I answered barely spoke English and was mean. she the said Aetna was not accepted despite being listed everywhere as accepted.
Love my results. He did my breast reduction great.
He did my breast reduction very well. I love my results.

My 7yr old son was in a bad band accident and DrAhmed was very nice and he did a great job and it healed up nicely thanks doc
Had a few simple questions about my scar and I told his receptionist that I preferred to ask him the questions and it would only be a minute. I asked if she could have him call me when he had a free minute. Neither his receptionist nor the doctor called me. When I called in to inquire, I was told "the doctor already told you everything when you had the stitches taken out. If you want to speak to him directly, you need to schedule a consultation and pay $300. She told me that i could ask her, but that i would need to come in and pay to speak to the doctor. I didn't need a consultation, just had a few questions that I preferred to ask him versus the assistant. I don't think that is right.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
