The front desk are rude, aggressive, and make the wrong appointment time and than rudly blame the patient 'not showing up'. there rudness,typical Russian , is revolting,Do not go there!!!

I came to see GI Dr.Badalov regarding my hemorrhoid. After evaluating me, Dr. Bodalov found both internal and external hemorrhoids, as well as a small tearing in the anus. It hurt very much. Dr. Badalov advised me that in my case I will benefit from procedures such as CHR Banding as well as a Sigmoidoscopy which are done under general anesthesia. He explained to me that while he can do both procedures at the same time and since I will be sedated, I will not feel any pain or discomfort. I agreed, however the Doctor lied to me. ( the insurance company comfirmed that both procedures cannot be combined in one day.) Dr.Badalov had no intention of performing a CHR Banding during my sigmoidoscopy. He just wanted to make false promises and persuade me into agreeing to get a sigmoidoscopy while his business will receive money from my insurance. The preparation for Sigmoidoscopy is painful. I had to take laxatives causing diarrhea, and administer enemas to myself. Don't go to Dr. Badalov.

..this is my best Dr for now. Caring professional who understands the patient and the medicine. Never felt rushed. Doc listened and addressed all my concerns. The best experience I've ever had with a physician. Highly recommend.
