List of North Brooklyn Dental Care's Reviews
Amazing service. Rosie did a great job with my cleaning and Dr. Carpenter was extremely friendly and accommodating.
North Brooklyn Dental Care makes going to the dentist as enjoyable and relaxing as a dentist visit can get. The front desk is very friendly, funny, and communicative. The dental care staff prioritizes your comfort during the experience. I was lucky enough to have Rosie as my dental hygienist. She knew I was nervous and was so kind and clearly communicated each step of the process to me. She also gave me tips to relax or feel more comfortable. Dr. Carpenter was also great and brought a positive energy to our appointment. I appreciate the entire team’s professionalism, friendliness, and overall care. I’ll definitely be going back!
The gentleman that received me for check- in was very pleasant and cheerful. My hygienist was superb, gentle, and full of dental knowledge. My doctor made me feel comfortable and she was extremely professional. The only thing that I would change about my visit is the billing girl. She has poor customer service skills and feels more like someone who is only out to get your money. Not someone I would want to represent my establishment.
I was a long time patient of Dr Stimmler's, high anxiety around the dentist until coming to his practice. But then he took time from the practice and ultimately sold it. I started to see another dentist there, and then they also left. Being that I was so anxious about the dentist I stopped going entirely for a time. Finally I made an appointment. I told the person making the appointment about this history because I wasn't sure which dentist to book with. I wound up booking with the dentist who the secretary told me was also a gum specialist, because I just figured this person might be the most qualified there. I made the appointment a month out. I get there and after a brief conversation, the dental assistant is incredibly rude. There seemed to be some confusion for her over what was scheduled. She said I did not have a cleaning scheduled. She was noteably annoyed trying to explain to me that the periodontist doesn't do cleanings, which I already understood. I'm still not clear why she was getting so frustrated but I found it to be a really rude and impatient response in general, but especially to someone who she already knew had high anxiety around being at the dentist. She put her hand up and closed her eyes in annoyance, and told me she was going to get someone else to talk to explain things to me. When she left I decided I was not going to continue the appointment with this kind of person and I got up to put on my coat. As I was doing that I heard her in the other room say, "please teach her." Which, made it clear I was done with this office. If there was any problem that this woman should have been upset with, it's internally. Speak to the person who made the appointment. Maybe they were confused. I was direct when I told them I hadn't been in a while and I needed a cleaning and an exam. Standard. Don't take your frustrations out on the patient. So rude, so unnecessary.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
