I can’t thank Dr Buchanon enough. She really is the best if you really care about long term. I have been taking my kid here since she was 2 years old and she literally saved us: - her advice saved money of future treatment. - her treatments saved my kid’s teeth and smile. At 14 years old we still come here religiously. I read a comment about cost and this had to be a fluke because after 12 years of coming here and with many different insurance changes, etc. Her and her amazing staff always worked with me to understand my cost and even take the time to explain my benefits, etc. Me as an adult have had so many bad experiences, I wish she was my dentist as well. It would have saved me on other levels.

Very nice dentist who was willing to see us on a Sunday when my daughter fell and broke her tooth. We are very grateful that she is a part of our community.

Dr Buchanan is a really careful and attentive dentist. She always takes her time to work and I never feel rushed in her office. I have been going to her for many years but unfortunately we have moved away and I now have to find another reliable dentist. My entire family really appreciates all of the effort you have put into our teeth.

i am very displeased with my experience of my appointment for my daughter @ 11/11 for 1:30 pm ! & i am writing this review because i found this facility from research by a review i found online! im bringing awareness this can happen to u ! the customer service i received caused me to react & i had no choice to speak my voice on what was wrong & right! i approached the receptionist with respect at 1st & asked her if my appointment was for 1:30 pm , how does a patient go b4 me if she just came ? she told me that the client had a earlier appointment /emergency **excuse **.the patient was inpatient & was expedited by choice not by the order of appointments ! in btwn the paient complained to the receptionist she's in hurry & wants to be seen! , while that conversation was being said i was listening & paying close attention to the receptionist response & she told the patient my daughter was next ! so how does someone go b4 my child ? because foul play was done & lack of paient care customer service was done i am never going back to this office ,because the receptionist was rude & mentioned to the dr. that i should not be scheduled early ever again! i have never had someone say something so foolish in front of me before at a appointment! tasteless & unprofessional that dr. sided with the receptionist that she was correct & then gave me a back **excuse** story that her employe did nothing wrong! if a client decides to come to a appointment earlier its their discretion unless told not to come early! how was i in the wrong ? i arrived 12:50 ish , 1pm & was going to be seen after 2pm because the patient that came in after me sneaked her way to the back with the dr. ! i was fine with waiting when i walked in because i came early that's what normal ppl do! i did not mind to wait! , but not expected someone to skip me because i was next in line based on checking in with the receptionist, when i walked in ! this issue could have been avoided by simple use of customer service skills of communication to future clients if someone needs to go in front of someone etc. moving forward!

They don’t have accurate information. They tried to charge me $300 for a co pay and I’m a teacher for the department of education. Then when I questioned it they told me they should have told me they don’t accept my insurance. What poor beside manner. Don’t take your kids here.

What can we say we LOVE Dr.Minoo. Our kids talk about visiting her office non stop. She's so patient and is just a wonderful Soul !
