One of the best facilities, the workers are exceptional, they make sure I get all my treatments done they treat the patients like family because we are there doing therapy seeing the doctors and other testings so we are there multiple times in a week. They keep everything clean and sanitized I highly recommend this facility they get you in and out. They take workers compensation and no fault !!

This is not the idea place to go they claim treatment start at 8 am ends at 7pm yet still they take the last person at 6: 30 pm I went there at 7:45am this morning so I can be in the first set's of treatment I sit there until 8:30 no one to attend to me or the rest all they have to say is it's MONDAY it's the MONDAY blue's and I have my job to go to the same so if there's no one to attend to you there why are they open this place needs to shut down 👎 or change those people that's working it's a damn shame to New York City and New Yorker 😡😡😡😡

It's not bad at all clean and up to date. But the hippa rules don't apply at all. I am sitting waiting to see the doctor and one of the female employees comes out to interview a new client in the sittin

The staff and Doctors go Above and beyond to take care of patients Needs from physical therapy, to shock wave treatment, I Give 5 stars to the front desk staff and medical staff. The Atmosphere is wonderful and pleasant. Lorenzo, Chanelle, Chantal, Gabby, Kyana, Nicole, Genevieve, Jennifer, Anabel go above and beyond

I have been comming there a while and it's good the workers are fine. I just when making appointments have to be a bit more clearer than what they explain. Sometimes when I sit and listen to them or make my own appointments I have to make a wider range due to how that place is run. Sometimes the workers can be insensitive at time and to particular people I see this a lot but I will continue to come I come for me no one else

I had the worst experience at this place. Everything is a mess. I was left on the stimulation machine multiple times after it turned off, they lost my lower EMG result — so now I have to do it again at another place ( I don’t like needles, and I communicated that), and I had a hard time setting up an appointment with the doctor. Destiny at the front desk and kept misunderstanding what I was asking for, and I ended up waiting for an hour for therapy only to be told I had to see the doctor first. Also, keep in mind, during my time there both doctors had left the place so there was no doctor to see FOR MONTHS! That was my breaking point, I left that place and had to intention on returning back. I'm so frustrated with this place. They are careless, unorganized, and their staff are forgetful. You would get better patient care anywhere else!! I strongly recommend finding another place for rehabilitation, especially if you've just had surgery. The care here is not up to par, and l've had to seek rehabilitation elsewhere due to their shortcomings. I also just noticed a “Destiny San” gave this place a 5 star….. That picture looks exactly like the Destiny that works there. This place is the absolute worse, beware!

So sad they changed the staff. When I first started coming I loved coming in. Now it’s jus weird. Weird vibes.. bring the old staff back ! I don’t even care to go here no more because the staff now is always changed. Place has gotten ghetto 😒
