The facility is a little small but clean and has everything necessary there. The initial appointment was a little hard to get (almost a 2-week wait time), but follow-up appointments were fairly flexible and accommodating, which was great. I had Dennis as my therapist and the experience was good. He saved me from back pain with only two sessions. All the staff there were friendly and efficient. For the two times that I was there, I never had to wait for long before they took me in, this is a plus for me. The only minor problem I have with the facility is that there is no changing room, so I struggled a little bit when I had to change in the tiny bathroom which has no lock (unless I was so blind that I completely missed it). Overall my experience here was good.
