Amazing facility, made even more so by the staff! The administrators are always helpful and accommodating. As far as the actual PT, Sarah (she’s the lead therapist) is absolutely top notch. She’s extremely mindful, never letting my therapy sessions run on automatic—she’s always aware of when and how the routine should be adjusted. Her personality is positively ebullient, making the sessions that much more pleasant AND effective. Thanks so much, JAG Gowanus!
All I can say, all the years I’ve had chronic pain, I have never thought PT was an option. The people who represent the place are absolutely wonderful. Brittany is amazing and ensures your visit is covered by insurance. Nothing gets by her. I’ve been seeing Wesley 2x a week for a couple of months, and he understands and helps attack my pain. He’s knows exactly with my symptoms, what to do next. Looking forward to being a success story!
Love this place! Great facility and even more amazing staff. Everyone is really kind and easy to work with, and I really feel like I’m getting A+ care!
The team at Jag-One got my upper back back in shape. Not only did PT once a week make my back feel better, Sarah also gave me the routine to keep PT going at home. She gave me the confidence to know that I can fix the pain myself if it started to creep back. Overall a really great experience.
I was always skeptical about PT, until this particular place proved me wrong(554 4th ave) I’m so grateful for Sarah, she put tremendous work on my sons recovery, and very thankful to Britney as well what a wonderful person and personality , great place, highly recommended .
Easily Accessible. All locations need to be like this.
New clinic has filled a gap for professional PT in the Gowanus/South Slope/Greenwood Heights area. The entire staff is welcoming and caring. Sarah has an incredible knowledge base and great memory for the improvements made in each session. Fully equipped, clean and accessible location.
It was such a pleasure to be able to book an appointment here excellent customer service a lovely lady with glasses was so helpful with helping me see a physical therapist!
Great staff. Even better physical therapists.
This place only focuses on quantity and not quality. They give the therapists multiple patients in one hour and expect so much of them. I understand that it gets busy but at the same token you have to focus on what the patient is there for. Some patients catch on quicker than others and some are elderly who needs your undivided attention. I even see the therapists not going to lunch (AS BY LAW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE AT LEAST AN HALF HOUR) and there is no order. You never know what therapist you will get when you go every week. They are always letting the good ones go who care and claim it's " the company is moving in a different direction". Bunch of nonsense. I am in the corporate world and we use the same jargon. Idk if they have monthly meetings to hear what their therapist thinks or suggestions but I think that's what should be done. They expect blood out of the therapists taking on 6 patients in one hour. I am very observant! Hear your therapists out. I see a lot of patients leave as well and I am about to be one also. Management needs to make moves and care about patients and staff before you sink! Stop recycling GREAT THERAPISTS and keep your assistances! Upper management needs to visit these places and learn how to speak and listen to their workers!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
