The best PT location in NYC! Dennis, the Elbow Man, performs miracles on muscle tissue. Farida is an expert in figuring out effective exercise routines. Jacqueline is a wonderful assistant who is always there for you to assist!

November 26, 2022, I woke up with knee pain. The pain was so bad I couldn't lift up my leg. I'm thinking because the nature of my job as a Plumber, I needed surgery. I tried everything with no success. I couldn't schedule a doctor's appointment till after the new year. I went to see a pain management specialist a few weeks later. I had my knee drained, and a shot. It helped for a few days. then the pain came back. I was given a script from pain management doctor, and he recommended that I should go to Jag-one and ask for Helen Li. I couldn't believe that going to Helen Li.. for therapy 2 days, a week would make such a difference. By the middle of January my knee pain was gone. I highly recommend Helen Li. to anyone that needs Physical Therapy.

Jag One at Avenue T, has given me the confidence and the ability to be active again. Since starting my knee therapy I have played volleyball and gone roller skating! The staff is amazing and friendly.
