Ny Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Very disrespectful of my time. Multiple people were called to the back before me despite me being the first patient there. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I'm being told I have to continue waiting because it's my first visit. The receptionist informed me these long delays are normal. No apologies for it either. Just an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Only come here if you have literally nothing else to do all day. Edited to add that I walked out halfway through the appointment. The structure of the appointments are such that they do not support you while you are doing the exercises even at your first appointment. They throw you on equipment and then walk away. After 15 minutes of self-monitored physical therapy I am in decidedly more pain than when I got there. The physical therapist eventually saw me in the lobby while I waited for a ride home and actually lectured me that I should have told her I needed help. Folks, she was nowhere to be found the second my evaluation ended. The person who set up the equipment and told me what exercises to do had none of the medical history I'd spent 15 minutes sharing with the physical therapist. She did zero of the treatment whatsoever. Avoid business at all costs. EDIT: While I have been invited to share my contact information with the business, I do not have any desire to speak to anyone from this establishment. I've already transferred my care to a different physical therapist who actually cares about his patients and provides the kind of one-on-one treatment someone with health concerns deserves. I'm merely warning other customers of what they might experience if they go to JAG-ONE, not looking to receive additional communication from a horrible business.

Do not come here--they're disorganized, disrespectful, and don't give you necessary information (like they'll only see you with a referral) before letting you make an appointment.

I am a patient of Jag-One Physical Therapy office located on 1414 New Kirk Avenue. I came there after orthopedic trauma. I got excellent care and attention to my problem. A special thanks to Tetyana Gorodetskaya, PTA and Saloni Trivedi, PT, who provide me with a great treatment on my way to the recovery. Both of them very professional, thoughtful physicians. Thank you for your great job!

I have been going to jag one since before the pandemic and even after for acl tear recovery and they did me justice all the workers here are super respectful and care about your health they also make sure you are okay and if you need help with a movement they make sure to explain it until you get it they did an excellent job and if you come here any one of them will give you amazing care
