My experience at One step physical therapy was worth it. I came in with shoulder pain after a fall. Im going on my 3rd week of physical therapy my shoulder pain is no longer bothering me like before. Francis is an amazing physical therapist. He guided me through with the equipments that I use to gain my arm strength back. He gave a good massage on my shoulder. I am able to lift my arm and move my shoulder without pain.

The team has been amazing with my elderly father, who has a spinal injury. They’re kind, patient, and truly care about his recovery. Scheduling is always easy, and they’re very accommodating. He’s made great progress and feels supported every step of the way. We’re so thankful for their excellent care.
