Just had my 12th session with Francis - he's the best! He's very knowledgable and is always an encouraging and warm presence in the room. I feel very comfortable asking him questions and voicing discomfort. Can definitely start to feel my back pain fading!

My experience at one step has been great. Francis and the rest of the staffs are respectful and very helpful. The room is clean and inviting. If you need physical therapy One Step is the place to go.
