Everything can improve. Completed online intake a month before appt. Photos of insurance uploaded. Confirmation of appointment. Showed up early. The place does not feel welcoming at all. You are told to sign in without a smile or greeting. Customer service has to improve. At time of appointment I was told they don't accept my insurance. Absolutely no sensitivity to my time or situation. Requested to see a manager to no response. Would & will not recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldnlike to say that this office the receptionist was not at all aware that there some dental emergencies and said they do not do that and visit would be until March. Clearly said “ we do not do that!” I oit ine star only because the post would not accept anything less!

They burned my face (lip and cheek), gave me four fillings my X-rays showed I didn't need, and the fillings were done so poorly that it is hard to floss now.

Very bad experience, they receive apoimed and you wait at least two hours for a single doctor to attend to you to be treated. A place that has no respect for customers.

They take too long to attend. They put you in the xray chair for 40 minutes so it seems like you’re getting attended and the receptionist talk about you in Russian. Horrible place never going back.
