Park Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

I really wanted to like this place since it’s so convenient, but sadly I don’t find them trustworthy. The front desk staff was really welcoming and the dental assistant was kind and knowledgeable, but my experience with the dentist completely overshadowed that. During my cleaning, the dentist repeatedly tried to upsell me on an expensive mouth guard, bringing it up more than five times even after I clearly said I needed time to think about it. This made me really uncomfortable around her and top of that, I was told at check-in that fluoride would cost extra if I opted for it, but after my cleaning, the dentist said, “I’m doing fluoride,” in a way that didn’t give me a choice. When I declined and said I’d skip it, she responded with “Are you serious?” and rolled her eyes at me. I ultimately didn’t feel treated like a patient here, more like a source of cash

I'm so happy with Park Dentistry. They were so nice and so supportive. They took their time to explain everything to me. I had been missing two front teeth and I was so embarrassed. Yesterday they put in two temporaries and my teeth have never looked so good!! I kept putting off going to the dentist but I'm so glad I found Park Dentistry and Dr. Milito. I highly recommend them!

Never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist. This office is amazing - the staff was so kind and took the time to explain everything. They were so thorough which I really appreciated.

Bad customer service!

I saw Dr. Milito for a total restoration, which involved the removal of old implants, the placement of new implants, bone grafting, and MORE. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Milito and her entire team could not have been more caring, understanding and supportive. When I had an emergency, she came into the office on her day off to make me presentable again. She advocated for me when I felt that I was stuck on the back burner by the rest of my dental team. I'm thrilled with the final results, and I love my new smile. I now call Dr. Milito my "Dental Doula." If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares, has a sense of humor and will take as long as necessary to explain the work, Dr. Milito is the one. I recommend her highly!

Never a long wait, everyone is friendly, and the service is generally solid ... but they do the thing that a lot of dental offices do, which is nudge you toward treatments you're not sure you need. They're not super aggressive about it, but they're also not super open about the pricing, insurance coverage, or necessity. Most recently, the dentist told me that there was a note in my file that I'd asked about a retainer and/or night guard, which absolutely not true. (I did not know they did retainers for adults.) I've also had issues with my insurance covering their X-rays, given the frequency they suggest. I think they're good! But I'd go in with some skepticism.

Dentists were great but also had a really good bedside manor. Nice waiting room as well. My only complaint is I didn't need to be so close to the 3d Dreamworks-style reconstruction of my teeth for so long I did not enjoy staring into the abyss in that way.

I recommend Dr. Melido treatment method to everyone. In my case, it worked, there was a big change in my sleeping posture and overall it was a positive experience. I recommend it to everyone.

Legit best dentist I’ve ever had. Could not recommend any higher!

I love the personalized, thorough care, and holistic approach Dr. Milito and Dr. Chang have taken to not only execute great cleanings but most importantly my TMJ Treatment. I initially came to Dr. Molito with concerns of jaw tension, jaw clicking, tension headaches, and restless sleep…She deeply listened to my concerns and presented a detailed analysis and a TMJ treatment plan. Undergoing a TMJ treatment has completely transformed my life. I’ve been going to this practice for over 2 years and I can say no there is no one better in the business. I couldn’t be happier with my results—highly recommend seeing Dr. Molito and Dr. Chang! Thank you team!!
