Ivy Rehab is a very professional agency with a welcoming and friendly attitude. It is clean and quiet when you enter, and Virginia, at the front desk, is both helpful and pleasant. Ashley, my therapist, after a few questions, knew what I needed to do to strengthen my problem areas. After the first two sessions with her, my improvement was noticeable. She worked me hard but never overworked me. After four weeks, my discomfort was gone, and my mobility was back to normal. I recommend early morning appointments. It's a popular place and gets crowded later on. Shout out to Jim, who always had the perfect mood music during my sessions, and to Anise and Sydney, who made sure I was in perfect form. I am grateful to them all for helping me while making the total experience enjoyable.

I want to thank Lisa Fajardo, my PT guru, for all the help and encouragement on my journey. She has been professional, warm and flexible, attending and adjusting to my needs. I also have nothing but good things to say about the front desk personnel, especially Virginia ,who were always helpful when I had scheduling conflicts. I had my first experience doing PT here with Roman Mueller. I had issue that I wasn't aware was connected to an injury 3 years ago. Roman had a ton of patience with me as we discovered what was going on and we went through numerous exercises to find what worked for me. Although they recommend you come twice a week, I was very focused on doing my PT at home several times a day and found within 6 weeks I had progressed from being in moderate pain daily to not even realizing I had an issue. Roman wasn't a licensed PT yet, but he definitely has what it takes to be a great one because of his attentiveness and willingness to help find the right treatment that fits you. Staff at Park Sports Physical therapy was also great. Several other staffers came by and helped diagnose my issues and everyone agreed on what the right path was. I highly recommend this location due to its staff and pleasant setting. Come with an open mind for PT and a dedication to improve from where you are and I think you'll walk away very happy with the treatment here!
