I would give 5 stars to Dr Joyce K. and her assistants, they were friendly and professional. However, that one particular receptionist ruined it. We went there on Sunday 5/7, the facility was very clean and modern. There were two receptionists, one younger lady with long hair and another was an older lady with short hair. There were no greetings at all when we walked in. I was then given some paperwork to complete by the younger receptionist. When I finished the paper, and gave it back to her, I saw this younger receptionist was on her phone. So I politely told her I was done with the paper. She then rudely grabbed the paper from my hand and threw it on her desk without saying anything and back at her phone. I was so shocked and angry by her disrespectful actions and unprofessionalism. I felt like I interrupted her time from using her phone. Such an unpleasant experience. Only need to take one bad employee to ruin a good review.

Dr.Ranka is one of the best eye doctors. I came to him for a second opinion and loved him ever since. He did her correct eye surgery and it was a success. He really cares about his patients. He works well with my little one 😊 thank you doctor ranka

Dr. Khandji is an exceptional doctor. She is very thorough and caring. Always greets us with a smile and makes my daughter feel comfortable. The office is always so clean and front desk is very kind as well.
