How long does it takes for them to find you employment?

They owe me my w2 and Everytime I call they always hanging after I tell them my problem and the staff are rude

Gone are service approve by my insurance for a week I got no call and no show , I called the company they said they sorry for the mixup and they speak with their boss, someone be coming ASAP , that was 2 days ago , I spend 5 days no food or water , I had to beg stranger to please bring me water and food from the store as I am fanting and can’t make sense of anything, alsoI was called the previous week by 4 different people men and female 11 pm at night asking me personal information and saying they from this agency and coming to my house because they have to approve my service. And asking if I am home alone and if anyone around me , very strange question to ask someone, but due to almost dying by no one called or show up , I have to change service

Very unprofessional and not organized. Put your loved ones some where else.

One star is one too many stars for this HORRIBLE agency . Stay away if you care for your loved one . They are the most unprofessional, negligent company ever . They not only do not care about their patients ... but their employees as well - specifically their aides.They will cause you nothing but stress and anxiety to deal with them . The WORST !

I must give a star to have my review processed. However, they don't deserve any stars for neglecting elderly and disabled clients. They do not send replacements when the assigned permanent home attendant takes off. They do have a few wonderful hardworking home attendants that need to miss work for personal reasons. However, the Coordinators fail to do their job and find replacements. They use COVID19 as an excuse that no one wants to work. When they don't work at meeting their responsibilities to the client. SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION BY NOT ACCEPTING ALLIANCE FOR HEALTH AS THE VENDOR ASSIGNED TO YOUR LOVED ONE. YOU have the right to request a different agency.Call 311 they tell you how.

The caregiver claims to be too injured to lift my aunt into the tub. She also doesn't cook are clean for her. This agency is basically stealing govt. money and so are their lazy employees.

Since the day Wilma has been working for this company as the director it has completely changed. I recommend working or becoming a client for this company. Some workers are nice but other could be nasty. But overall, I think that this agency is really good

Same issues as previous poster. I just switched to this agency. The caregiver was suppose to come on Saturday for my grandmother and since it is the weekend I took extra precaution and attempted to verify at least four occassions who the caregiver will be. All i get is someone will call you with that information. This was on Wednesday and again on Friday. After speaking with Mr. Tate on Friday at 4pm, he assured me that someone will get back to me for service the next day and that they work really late into the night to ensure all open cases for the weekend will be assigned. I HEARD NOTHING that evening and Saturday morning no one shows up except for a nurse. I pleaded and begged the nurse Angelo Perez to have someone from his office get back to me. He said someone will. As i expected no one did. Today is Sunday and surprise, surprise no one shows up again.THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM - STEER CLEAR!!!

This place is the wurst. PLEASE don’t use this agency for your ones. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. The coordinators are horrible and almost all barely speak English you can’t even understand what they are saying. And the aids are horrible they are not trained properly they come and do nothing just want to watch t.v and not help at all. Caring professionals is a much better agency nice and speak clear and respond fast.
