My experience at this business has been great. I’m here for treatment of my second injury after receiving surgery months ago. I initially came here last year to regain full use of my ankle after surgery. My ankle healed perfectly, thanks to my awesome surgeon and the staff here for aiding with my recovery. It can get crowded as with any other medical office but it flows effortlessly and quickly.

Don’t waste you time going to a place where the Doctor is telling you where your pain is as opposed to what you’re really feeling. I’m like are you even listening to me. Went in & right back out.

Dirty and basic. Wasted too much of my physics therapy allotment here. I finally transferred to One on One PT on ENY and my healing journey began.You're cheating yourself if you go here.

What a piece of crap place, the only good thing is the doc. Bad thing is he's barely there , shut this place down and add real doctors not just 1 great in reliable doc. If I could leave it star less I would

The physical therapy staff are awesome. Unfortunately, the attitudes of some of the people at the front dest can be better. Also if you go there expect long wait times and a lot of standing while you wait. At times you are given appointments and the Dr doesn't show up on time. Other than that they're great.

The physicians and staff in the back are great and very helpful. The front desk is organized but the attitude in which you receive for car service now thats a different story. But overall great place for therapy. Clean n Friendly

The office manager is friendly, professional and very informative. The wait times for the doctors may be little longer then you like. However, the staff is very pleasant and continue to provide notifications of status during the visit.

I spent 8 months doing physical therapy at this location. My experience was great. Yeah sometimes there was a wait but that happens everywhere you go. The doctors were very nice and helpful. The physical therapy staff exceeded my expectations. And the front desk staff were always attentive and helpful. They ladies in the front greet you with smiles and take care of you right away. I'd recommend this location to anyone seeking physical therapy.
