Incredible place to strength train. The personal training has been fantastic. So much productive than going to a gym. Appreciate all of the form checks so much. Thank you all so much! Love it!
Working with PhysioRX was absolutely transformative for me. I came to the team after struggling with chronic back and ankle pain following injury for years, and having spent a great deal of time and money on traditional physios and doctors who were not able to treat my issue. When I began working with my coach Will Zhen, I was unable to go about my day to day life without pain, and I wasn't exercising at all. Within just 6 months, I am now running races again and go to the gym twice a week to strength train independently. Will is the absolute best of the best when it comes to supporting people with chronic pain, he has a comprehensive, up to date understanding of modern pain science and a highly encouraging and motivating coaching style. He and the rest of the PhysioRX team are the people who can get you to the light on the other end of the chronic pain tunnel. It was totally worth the cost for me, as I now have re-established a great relationship with fitness. I would highly recommend PhysioRX to anyone, especially for those struggling with chronic pain.
i've been a member since they opened two years ago and its been a great experience. by far the longest i've ever stuck with any gym/ workout routine.
1,000% recommend! If you are struggling to rehab completely from an injury or just have fitness goals that you'd like to achieve, you have come to the right place. My quick story: I'm very active (tennis, skiing, cycling to name a few) and have been lucky through my life thus far to not have suffered many injuries until last year. Within two months I tore the TFCC in my wrist and the meniscus in my knee. After debating surgery vs. PT / training, I opted to try the latter first. Before seeing the guys at PhysioRx, Andrew and Alex, I was making a bit of progress but still not close to where I wanted to be and found myself feeling quite depressed and also fearful that I might no longer be able to do some of the things I love. Post my initial assessment with the PhysioRx team, I've now been working with them for about 6 months and am close to achieving all of the goals that we set at the outset. I'm back to running, playing tennis and skiing without issue. I've also gained > 5 lbs. of muscle mass and feel stronger and better than I ever have! The team's expertise in terms of creating tailored workout plans and helping me through the inevitable setbacks that came have been invaluable, particularly for someone like me who enjoys being active and working out but who has never had much of a plan in the gym. The next goal we are working towards is my first Olympic-distance triathlon which will involve a slightly different training program! Massive, massive thank you to Andrew and Alex at PhysioRx for getting me back to doing the things that I love!
The process and people at PRX has helped me get into the best shape I’ve been in a long time. Not just weight loss, but strength in my legs and body. They also have espresso and comfy chairs to sit in while you wait for your workout time if you arrive early.
I worked with Will at PRX for about three months, and it was a great experience. He helped me regain confidence and strength in important exercises (and compound movements) like bench press, squat, and deadlift, while also introducing me to new exercises that really helped with some chronic pain in my thoracic spine and shoulders. Super knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with. If you have the opportunity to work with Will, do it
PhysioRX helped me get into the best shape of my life. I enjoyed working with Andrew and Jamie who designed my personalized weekly plan and checked in with me regularly as I navigated moving from free weights to barbells. Feel confident now going into the weight room and set up to continue building muscle on my own. Thanks for all your guidance! Feeling strong and confident :)
PhysioRX and my coaches are awesome. The app itself is top-notch, incredibly easy to navigate, and has made my workouts so much more efficient and enjoyable! My coaches understand my goals and encourage me to stay consistent. It's made the gym fun, not daunting. I totally recommend them!
Amazing team and practice. I worked with Will and Meredith post-partum while having hip and back injuries. Somehow I managed to go from considering surgery to doing dead lifts, and all my pain went away. These guys are amazing and pretty much miracle workers, couldn’t recommend them enough. I ended up extending my sessions and will continue working with them. It’s been the best investment I’ve made and I’m forever grateful for their help to get me where I am.
Fantastic experience. Went the PhysioRX with runners knee in both knees, and Andrew and Alex helped me not only understand my pain but also carefully work through it to strengthen my legs and overall support system. I extended my time with them because I truly enjoyed the coaching as they helped me build a strong strength training foundation. I have a better relationship with my body and fitness than ever before, and the app was fantastic and easy to use. Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
