This is the worst agency ever. There have been many times my grandmother was left unattended with no help! She goes to dialysis alone, no one from the sgency calls when the their Home health aids cancel. It's horrible. Sometimes they come with no cooking skills, they love their phone and ignore the patients. This agency is awful.

You all talking about the Aids talk about the patient some of these patients Treat Aids so badly they call Aids every bad name in the book I have patient Spit on me,Hit me, call me dog .We Aids are taking a risk going at some of these patients home.

If you are looking for good service, look for another agency. The staff in general are so rude . They don't Care about the good service for the client base in the client need. I don't recommend this agency .

The reviews are not an over exaggeration. Please read all the reviews. This agency is really really bad from a patient perspective. I do not believe they train their workers properly. If you are elderly and need an aide for assistance at home. Please look elsewhere. If someone recommends this agency to you, do not waste your time. Everything they say in the reviews is true.

Called the office to submit an official complaint of a home aide transmitting Covid to my elderly mother and the coordinator, Sonia 'Gill" was extremely rude, dismissive, ignorant, and unable to comprehend the severity of the issue. She refused to take any accountability and blamed the patient for the home aide's negligence (while screaming). I have never encountered this type of ignorance from a working "professional". Sonia also refused to share corporate & her senior supervisor information, trying to prevent me from submitting an official complaint about her, the aide, and the agency.
