It is always a great experience when visiting PM Pediatrics. The facility is clean and the receptionists are always super friendly. I have been to this location a few times as well as virtual visits and each visit is fast and easy. Nurse Bonnie is amazing as well as the doctors at this location. A big thanks to PM Pediatrics for being so kind to your patients!

This review is based on the wait time and customer service after a COVID test. I am on day four waiting for a COVID test results. I called front desk as soon as the office opened. The response was “Oh. They didn’t put the results in. Let me call the lab and we will call you back.” I asked, “When?” No definitive answer. Calling back four hours later. On the phone right now waiting. I have been waiting twelve minutes. Before that, I called three times, and each time, the phone was hung up before the person even said hello.This is not okay. This is never okay. My friend brought her son to the Cobble Hill location. The test took 24 hours. This is unacceptable.

They accept walk in Covid-19 test but the receptionist girls keep saying you r a walk in patient l have been waiting 2 hours and one said my daughter just wait 2 more patients after 40 mins said l need wait for one more hours no policy for walk in schedule when they call you back the receptionist said no rooms for my daughter just wait

We have visited this emergency as our pediatrician was on vacation. I have booked the appointment online beforehand and even though we had to wait about 30 minutes. But anyway it wasn’t overcrowded there ad it is very important nowadays. I have positive feelings about this place. You can come there even in the late evening and they do all the tests on site. So i am happy to have this emergency near to me

I brought my son in for covid testing and was told I would have the results the same evening. I received an email for the patient portal that never worked no matter how many times I tried. I tried calling the office all day to no avail. I finally git someone on the phone at 9:00 pm and was told the results were not in yet and may not be infir at least 2 more days. How do you have a pediatric urgent care with no staff to answer phone calls? I have brought my son to city md many times when I couldn't get him to his pediatrician and never had any issues.
