List of Pm Pediatrics. Cobble Hill's Reviews
I would give them negative stars if I could. We have a 14 month old and they kept us waiting for 2.5 hours to finally see us. This is not how you run an urgent care for kids.finally they brought our daughter to the back rooms and then kept us there another 30 min before someone saw us.
Dreadful experience. Was told a PCR test for my son would take 1-2 days. 3 days later it still has not appeared and nobody is helping me get it. As a result he can’t attend school. I have called many times and nobody answers the phone. All my emails have gone unanswered. In the end I had to attend the office to ask for an explanation. I was told the lab should have sent them and I’d have an email straight away. This was clearly another attempt to dismiss me and no results have appeared. Despite my complaints and concerns, nobody has called me to apologize or explain the delay. In the end I had to go to another provider and put my two year old through the awful experience all over again. Really the worst patient care I have ever encountered.
Always a great experience. Glad to have this option on weeknights/weekends.
This place is awful. When you make an appointment, you're not actually making an appointment for a specific time, so you could end up sitting in there for two hours like my family did. So, the idea that you're sitting in a waiting room for two hours past your appointment time around other sick children seems like a bad idea, but it's good for their business.
I took my daughter in for fever and other complaints that I was worried was a virus of some sort. Blood was drawn for a panel of tests and I was informed I would receive a call in about 20 minutes notifying me of the COVID and flu results and would receive the rest the next day. I never received a phone call. The next day there was only one test result from the panel in addition to the COVID and flu. I called and requested to speak with someone concerning the missing test and complain that I did not receive a call back the previous day. I was assured someone would get back to me. They never did. Poor patient care/
Don’t waste your time. They give appointments that are just time slots and if you are lucky, you will be there for your time slot and then wait 90 mins to be called in. Better off going anywhere else. Doctors themselves are very nice. Staff and management running the show are unpleasant and unhelpful.Word of caution, even though you check in electronically upon entering, make sure you also check in with the receptionist behind the desk too, because apparently sometimes the electronic check ins don’t sync to their system properly and they’ll completely ignore you and lie to you about your place in the queue.*** 53 mins later they send the same canned response to a bad a review that they sent to the last two reviewers. If they had actually taken us in within 53 mins of our time slot, that would have been impressive.
Dr and nurse very nice. Wait was extremely extremely long because there’s only 1 doctor on call today! Unbelievable that a place like this can only have 1 doctor in. Torture for a 10 month old baby to wait 3 hours.
WOW! The WORST experience. Dr. Ahmad Mahdi should not be allowed to treat children never mind adults. Our pediatrician told us to go to PM pediatrics for an x-ray. When we saw this doctor, he said my child had pneumonia (he did not) and had to go to the hospital. Multiple times he said " What do you want me to do, take an x-ray and then what?" Well, I didn't go to med school so why is he asking me. I'm just following what my pediatrician said to do. His tone was condescending and accusatory as if I didn't want what's best for my child. He then said he would call and ambulance for him. I told him I had a car in which he replied "YOU have a car" Yes sir, this black woman owns a car. HE IS TERRIBLE, go anywhere else or at least avoid this doctor at all costs.
The registrar and Nurse were kind, patient and calming. On the other hand, Dr. Alex was condescending and had a horrible bedside manner. We brought my 3 yo in because she hit her mouth on the floor and the puncture in her lip was bleeding a lot. He looked at her lip and her teeth, which were my concerns, but he didn't even check her eye or ears which my primary pediatrician did the follow day. I specifically went to PM Pediatrics because I thought the my child and I received would see a thorough, compassionate and patient pediatrician. What I received was a cold, judgmental, unrelatable doctor. Parents are probably very nervous and stressed while visiting an urgent care because their child is sick or injured. Perhaps, Dr. Alex can pretend to be a more caring pediatrician.
Dr. Brumleve here was amazing. My son was coughing all day and rushed in for help. We tried all kinds of things to sooth him down but no luck. She was super clear in explaining to us what she observed and examined. Treated him with the right medication and left there with no more cough but smile. We felt super lucky to be treated by such an amazing doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
