Terrible customer service! The front desk and the nurse were so rude! A year ago they had much better service and really nice doctors!

The worst place they dont want to help or tell you what to do .

HORRIBLE JUST UTTERLY HORRIBLE. CHECKED IN AT 830 WAS NOT SEEN UNTIL 11:15. FRONT DESK IS RUDE AND UN COORDINATED THEY HAVE ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING GOING ON! WASTE OF TIME DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

Terrible customer service. My child needed care as she was very sick. I went there and had my child's name written down on paper by the lady on the front desk and they said it would be over an hour wait, and I said I'll wait. After 1.5 hrs I went up to the lady at the desk and asked when I will go in since people who came after me were going in right after they came while I was waiting maybe cause of appointment. And the lady sent me a message to fill out paperwork and then I was checked in after so much of waiting. I asked why she didn't tell me when I just came in she said she was too busy dealing with other customers and had so many patients that day but she wasn't even busy that time (she was even making and drinking coffee) and she could have just sent me the message and asked my phone number simple. After I got mad and asked why she couldn't do that earlier she was giving me an attitude and saying to another worker that I couldnt wait since there was only one doctor working, which is absurd, although not the employees fault (why is there on one doctor when there are so many patients???) . After another 1 hr, my child got called in, they kept telling her to put her mask on, my daughter doesn't know how to speak yet and she doesn't understand, I was keep on trying to put her mask on while she wasn't letting me. I told them I can't and they said I had to get out if she doesn't put on the mask, have they never seen a child or have met in person or what? How could they not understand, I get that it's in dire situations with covid and all but still. Just terrible. They also did not prescribe the medication she needed and I had to buy it. I asked why but they said it's because it's plain medicine and they only prescribe special medicine, any other doctor, hospital, dentist or etc. I went to had everything prescribed to get it for free in a pharmacy instead of me actually having to buy it.Overall it was a terrible experience, if I'm not being reasonable (even though I don't see how) then this is my opinion.And please don't even try to reply back to me.

This used to be a walk in urgent care but now you have to make an appointment. Highly disappointed that now my sick kid has to wait hours now to be seen when he’s not feeling good. If you are going to change a policy maybe you should update all your information to reflect that. I would not have wasted my time and would have went somewhere else. You need to change your policy back.

Always a terrible wait. Staff are courteous but so slow and lackadaisical about actually seeing patients. It seems like they make you wait for the hell of it.

Clean, new office. Helpful and warm staff. We were in and out for a quick exam and a covid test. Recommend.

Used to be great, but it’s gone really down hill. Even when the place is empty, you’ll be waiting hours despite having a sick crying child. The staff is obnoxiously rude and makes prejudiced remarks towards white patients. While waiting hours in an empty waiting room, you’ll hear reception’s private phone conversations saying “nu uh that ain’t my job” at least five times. Just do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

This is URGENT care!!!!! You must know when your child will be sick. You have to make an appointment. Otherwise be ready for 5 hours to spend there. If you didn’t make appointment and want just walk in you have to take with you water.food.diapers and stroller that your child can sleep for 3-4 hours. Oooo take with you Tylenol or something for fever too if your child has a fever.. You need charger for your phone also. What a mistake did I do today. I took my child with a fever and I didn’t know that I had to make an appointment in URGENT care. I thought that this is a specialised URGENT care that they help me in short time . But this was a big mistake. I could’ve take her in general Urgent care that I go always. But the doctor was nice after all. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞I am feeling sorry for my kids and for myself for suffering there. 🙃
