This is my second time visiting Quality Care PT, and after two treatments, I still highly recommend this place. The first time was for my son, who developed TMJ issues due to orthodontic treatment. We didn’t know where to go and found a clinic in Manhattan, but they quoted us several hundred dollars right away. Fortunately, I came across Quality Care PT on "Red Note" and brought my son to see Dr. Cai. After just one acupuncture session, he was immediately able to open his mouth wide—the results were very noticeable，and price is reasonable (insurance seldom cover TMJ). Today, my husband and I visited their Ave U location. I’ve been suffering from chronic neck pain and sciatica. After physical massage and acupuncture, I felt significant improvement. Dr. Cai is highly skilled, warm, and quickly identifies the problem to provide appropriate treatment. A few young Chinese female front desk has no sense of service attitude at all. Do they not know what the service industry is, thinking that the business in the store can have a bad attitude towards the elderly. The fat female front desk serves according to different person. Suggest that the boss changes a group of service-minded front desk. There may be more customers.

I like this PT and acupuncture office , they are very professional ! My husband had neck pain stiffness yesterday , can’t move his neck . After today’s treatment , my husband’s neck can move and decrease pain , they use acupuncture and manual therapy which works very well ! Thank you Dr. Cai and your team !

My mom goes there and highly recommend Dr Cai! He’s only there on Tuesdays and Saturdays

They give Acupuncture, Acupressure and Massage to me weekly, now every two weeks. I attend the 17th Ave branch as the massage there suits me a little better. I highly recommend them.

I had neck pain last Friday. The pain make me can’t even turn my neck and shoulder. I went to Quality Care. Walked in. They took me right away. The registration was quick. Staffs are friendly. Facility is clean. They provided massage, hot compress, acupuncture for the treatment. My neck pain release a lot after 1 visit. No pain at all next day. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back.

Did like the service but now they say they only deal with no fault HORRIBLE customer service i will never go back
