This is my first official office job, I came with little to no experience and I was well welcomed. I originally got hired as a receptionist/ recruiter and within 6 months I got promoted to another department .Quality also offers the chance of working from home when needed, which is great for me and my family.Best part is we get free meals on most Thursdays and we do not have to clock out for lunch breaks.Quality is a good company go grow within.

Very unprofessional office staff. I feel so bad I made such a mistake by transferring my child’s case to this agency. I was referred to Maggi and she seemed to show interest in providing care for my son, then after I signed up with them I was met with unprofessionalism and lack of communication. There are many other agencies that could provide high quality services so I strongly recommend you seek better care providers for your loved ones. I regret wasting my time with them.

I have been working at Quality for six months now and I love it. All office staff are friendly and helpful. The work can be somewhat stressful but if you enjoy being challenged in your career, then I would definitely recommend this company. Overall, I think this is a great place to work.

If I could give this agency a 0 I would. I heard really good things about this agency a few years ago. I signed up my father and its the worst mistake I made. My father changed aides so frequently, and when I asked the aides why, they explained they are paid at lower rates than the other agency they work for. When I first signed up I spoke with a coordinator anisa and she was extremely nice and made me aware because of the pandemic she would try her best to provide me with consistency. She sent my father a wonderful aide who he loved. but my weekend aides are terrible. I tried contacting my coordinator and someone rudily told me she was let go. Another reason I decided to remove my father from this agency because of the disrespectful staff. I would not suggest this agency. They may have been good years ago, but they have eradicated there reputation.
