Amazing doctor

Visited yesterday 9/19/2023 with my partner. Doctor Fritz was wonderful, super helpful we left feeling confident and ready to begin our process. We are happy with our choice in doctors.

I had the best experience with Doctor Rani Fritz. Dr. Fritz is compassionate and patient and listens to his patients concerns and wants with out judgement. The office as a whole is very kind and informative Elaine and Guadalupe where always lending support to my husband and I. After 3 years of trying we finally fell pregnant with the support, guidance and expertise of Dr. Fritz and the staff supporting us all the way. I couldn't be more happy that they helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents.

I came to to Dr. Fritz with a congenital anatomical anomaly that required surgery. From start to finish, the entire process was extremely smooth and low-stress. The office staff were great, the wait times were short, the surgical scheduling team were always responsive and informative. Surgery can be very scary, but I felt fully supported through the entire journey. Dr. Fritz has really wonderful bedside manner, he made sure I fully understood every step of the procedure, risks, preparation, and recovery and was always extremely kind and gentle. It’s now been a month since my surgery and I am almost 100% recovered and am fully satisfied with my results. Thank you so much Dr. Fritz & team, I could not be more grateful!

I’m very grateful and happy to have found Dr. Fritz, he is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and empathetic. His bedside manner and professionalism are superb, he always took the time to explain all procedures and answered all my questions thoroughly. Him and all the staff at RSNY were amazing, always responded to my calls and emails promptly, even on weekends/after hours, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient. Appointments are offered early which makes it very convenient. Our treatment was successful and we will definitely be coming back to him should the need arise in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to him.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Dr. Fritz and the NYU team. From beginning to end, starting with Dr. Fritz, the front desk and all of the nurses, everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, accommodating and extremely efficient. I never had a bad or late appointment. I would highly recommend working with Dr. Fritz and the whole NYU reproductive team.

Dr. Fritz's assistant is impatient and Dr. Fritz is somewhat strange. After the examination, I heard him talking to his assistant softly - sounds like he wanted her to guide me to his office. But after I walked out of the examination room and came to his assistant's desk, she didn't even look at me and said "goodbye". Then I took the elevator to leave. Just inside the elevator, Dr. Fritz called me asking me where I am. I answered I'm in the elevator, then he hang up the phone immediately. Soooooo strange! By the way, his nurse who took blood and urine test is strange too. She's very impatient and does not want to talk about anything - the way she's communicating is by using sign language!
