for 14 years i have been a patient of dr robert feig. i have a macular disease and i would not ever ever think of using a different doctor. he is the best.

Dr. Feig is an amazing opthalmologist. His specialist is the retina, and is totally familiar with eye conditions and their treatment. The office recently moved to a location with more space and visiting is now a pleasant experience. The reports of others would suggest that there are sometimes long waits to be seen, but that has been my experience with every competent doctor I've ever seen, since it's hard to predict how much time each patient's problem will require.

2 visits one worse than the other. They over book. They keep you waiting. I waited over 75 minutes to see a doctor, for perhaps 5 minutes. At 8:30 am the office is packed. First visit: receptionist called my insurer and very loudly shared my sensitive personal info with the entire waiting room. The second,she deliberately over-charged me $150 for a $50 copayment, despite my objections. Now they refuse to refund the overcharge (actually lied to my insurer about it). They don't return phone calls

NO. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see Dr. Feig due to his incompetent staff who didn't know how to properly check medical insurance coverage's. They demanded a $300.00 payment because of a high deductible when they were suppose to bill as a medical specialist and give a $50.00 copay. I immediately called Aetna and verified I was correct. If this is how your company conducts business by ripping patients off? Find somewhere else to practice other than the offices of Harouni & Sheindlin MDPC
