Robert M. Novo's Online Review Report Card

Dr Novo is a very incompetent oral surgeon. He called me into his office knowing he could not complete a procedure on me. He could have easily told me this over the phone but instead made me come to his office to tell me he could not help. Ugh. He wasted an hour and a half of my time that I could have been at emergency room waiting there. I do not recommend him as an oral surgeon!!!!!

The best experience with this office Clearly not a meat market like the other one close by thank you for being so educated and choosing a great staff to work witheveryone especially Kim was so understanding from first phone call to the end of procedure He was the compassionate personable surgeon I wish I went to first. I came here yesterday for a single dental implant and everybody was super nice and very professional. Dr Novo has amazing hands, no pain at all. On my first visit he explained the whole procedure step by step so I knew what to expect. I was out in less than 40 minutes and a day later i have no pain at all. Thank you Dr Novo & staff for your help, especially Melanie that helped me changing my appointment couple of times.If you need a dental implant this is the place to be.

I was referred to Dr. Novo by my dentist. I was seen right away and I had forgotten my Xrays from my dentist . The receptionist (which Im sorry i do not remember because I was in so much pain) They went over and beyond to contact my dentist . Dr Novo is sharp and knows his profession. He said the pain was not from a Dental implant but great big cavity in my back tooth . It was best to remove it and I was scared, I didn't feel a thing! it was the best dentist visit I ever had. He is a great oral surgeon and I will keep him forever!!

Just started going to Dr Novo and have to say I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair..He went above and beyond to make me notMe nervous ..His staff is very nice ..I definitely recommend this office especially for someone that is scared of the dentist...

No one likes to have teeth pulled, but Dr. Novo is wonderful. Been to him three times with positive outcomes. Also brought my daughter there. His staff is great too.

Wanted to be paid up front, and delay in reimbursement check they received from insurance. Was promised to be mailed directly to us.

I came to Dr Novo's office recently for a second opinion. I called my insurance company prior to my visit. I was told by a representative that the office was in network with my insurance. When I got to the office the women at the front desk told me that my insurance is not in network and I would have to pay out of pocket. When I questioned her she got VERY RUDE AND STANDOFFISH!!! I never got to meet Dr Novo but I would hope his demeanor is better than his staff!!
