Ruth Minkin's Online Review Report Card

I was there last year cause I have a chronic condition call autoimmune pancreatitis so it flare up every year or two last year it was a pleasant hospital this year unfortunately I got dehydrated I had to be hospitalized for exhaustion during the heat surge back in July I made the Wong decision by going back to that hospital I’m not sure maybe new management OMG I got admitted to a room with no air conditioning keep in mind it was July while outside was over 100 degree Fahrenheit my sister had brought for me a fan but did not help because it was only Circulating hot air when I demanded to be discharged the resident DR. Had the nerve to ask me to stay for one more night and guess what I was admitted with a negative Covid test and was discharged with a positive Covid-19 infection test and the same thing happened to my mother when I confronted the Dr. About the Covid problem he said oh that is a risk you take when you come the hospital I will say in Emergency if you don’t have a choice it fine if you do stay away from this Hospital very bad management.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤞👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Dr. Minkin is a great pulmonary hypertension doctor. She genuinely cares for all her patients. She takes her time with you and she listens. I happen to love the way she has helped and cared for me.

Dr Minkin is an excellent doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She was open to hearing all of my questions and she answered them to my satisfaction. She made me feel at ease. She’s one of my best doctors.

I have seen in my life time a number of Physicians, but this particular Doctor exudes confidences, that in turn gives me confidence in her ability. The Dr. demonstrates empathy, shows and understands what her patients are feeling relative to this disease, therefore, projects the characteristics of compassion, understands what the patient is experiencing physically and emotionally. This Doctor interacts with her patient, and remembers her patients as individuals. The Doctor interprets to the patients medical terms in simple laymen terms. The Doctor listens to the input of her patients, and works with her patient, developing a treatment plan specifically to that patients needs. Finally, the doctor is thorough, conscientious and persistent, with follow-up! Anyone who reads this recommendation, and is confronting pulmonary issue, I highly recommend Dr. Ruth Minkin MD Board Certify Pulmonologist.

Although I knew my son's prognosis was poor, Dr. Minkin's compassionate heart allowed me to remain hopeful against all odds and although he did not make it, I will always remember her caring spirit.

Dr. Minkin is pleasant,patience and everything I need to keep me keeping on. I recommend he implicitly. when I met her I must admit I was at my lowest, however she truly has lifted my spirits in dealing with this ugly disease. I can actually place her on my A-List of people.
