After my grandmother had a really bad fall, the hospital sent her to the seagate Nursing Home. They placed her in the 7th floor. She absolutely loved the staff members taking care of her. Especially her therapists Sarah (OT) and Charlton( PT). She would rave to us about how kind and caring they were. Sarah was always able to keep us updated on my grandma's progress and even FaceTime her during the pandemic until we met in person. My grand mother is in her 90th however, She only felt positive vibes from those people taking care of her during rehab.Great facility--Great Rehab- phenomenal administration!Thank you

Hello , I came here for rehab after my spinal fusion, I would like to give my special thanks to Sarah and Iris, they were the two therapists that work hand in hand with me, and it was because of their expertise, now I am ready to go home, from the bottom of my heart thanks everyone especially my two therapists Sarah and iris, they were so patientAnd their plans of treatments were totally tailored to my healing process .Sincerely : Wilson MedinaRoom 734, I would like to thank THE following staff members: Maria CNA, Nichole CNA, Peral CNA, Mrs.Lee RN, Fátima RN, millara RN, Jimmy Nurse, Héctor House Keeping, George House Keeping, Linda Concierge, Linda is like an Angel in this facility she wears all the hats getting answers etc. It is because special staff like this that people like me get well.

I didn't know this place existed. I've never seen any advertisements or gotten any promotions or flyers in the mail, as most businesses in Coney Island usually flood every residence visible.

It was a really good clean and friendly place, impressing from the entrance, front desk people and nurses.

My sister is doing well, she had her Covid shots and I received mine on 05/2021. The only negative input I have is that I'm still not allowed to have access to go into her room so I can oversee her belongings to address her needs because of the restriction's at the Seagate nursing facility caused by the pandemic.

This facility is well kept, they follow all covid guidelines. The nursing staff is going above and beyond for each and every resident. All needs are met promptly. Recreation offers all therapeutic options possible. Physical therapy they are very concerned about me as a whole person, spiritually and physically which is a very important aspect.

My mother stayed her for a couple of months. She really likes the place and likes her therapist. Her OT Sarah was patient and focused on her rehab... She provided her with physical and mental support as well as encouragement and humor during the sessions. She made a difficult recovery easier than expected. Great job Sarah... Thanks so much:)And also Everyone there is great to work with! I highly recommend them.

Your hospitality and service was awesome my husband and I flew all the way from TX anticipating our visit...The staff was accommodating and kind they the whole visit...The facility is clean and welcoming...Thank you on behalf of the Maye family
