Too rushed, should read up about client issues before doing the consult. Offered meds, but didn’t prescribe.
very nice expirence
Dr. Jamil has been a genuine lifesaver. He has worked with me for nearly four years now, helping me understand and treat my afflictions with the proper medication. Customer Service has always been extremely easy to work with and the website is simple to navigate through. Overall: A great service.
They tried to hack my google account. I got an email by Patricia Sage McLean and when I opened it there was some form that said to download. When you download it, it hacks your google account
My 1st appointment went well. The doctor seems nice, however I did not appreciate him starting the appointment 13 minutes late so I am deducting a star. I was given an appointment time without asking for my availability, and I made it work during my work day, logged in on time as instructed and sat waiting for 13 minutes. All of our time is valuable and I would appreciate it if they planned appointments better.
Horrible experience. My provider, Dr. Burhanullah, was extremely negligent and careless in handling the paperwork for a medical leave for my Bipolar 1 disorder. He missed one deadline because he was ill, fine. However even after he was well, he missed four more. That’s four deadlines, which resulted in my leave being cancelled. I then had to start an appeal process and the leave was eventually approved. Four months later. All this time, I have not been paid. Four months of no pay because of his mishandling of this. Finally was paid last week. The leave started in December. He told me the forms are very long, that was his excuse. He also missed a deadline for NYS disability insurance. When he finally sent it in, he filled it out incorrectly. I took a leave from work two years ago and had a similar experience with him; it was like pulling teeth to get him to fill the stuff out. I’m sorry if it’s a lot of work and you’re busy or have personal problems, but you are a doctor. Your problems are not my responsibility, but I am YOUR responsibility. Waiting for all of this time has caused me a great deal of anxiety, sadness, and shame. No money, maxed out my credit cards, just waiting for him to fill out this paperwork. It’s only exacerbated my condition. One one of the forms he (finally) filled out, he wrote that I’m “suicidal” and I have a “death wish”. There are occasions when both of those are true, but why would you play with a patient’s life like that if you know they have severe depression? I asked for an apology today and he said “If it will make you feel better, I apologize”. So insulting, so demeaning. I’m done with him and Skypiatrist. I only wish I could afford a lawyer because I have detailed records of all the requests I made which were ignored. Oh right I also went to Brooklyn to speak to someone at Skypiatrist last week only to find that the address on the website is wrong; they’ve moved. I called and was told the “medical director” would call me back. I called three more times and still no call back. If only I could leave zero stars.
Absolutely awful. I am on a disability leave from my job because of bipolar 1 disorder. My Doctor, Haroon Burhanullah, has been extremely negligent and reckless with my well-being. This type of leave requires paperwork filled out by the doctor. He missed so many deadlines (one because he was ill, I'll grant him that), but after missing so many, my leave was cancelled and I had to appeal. I was not paid for almost 4 months. Now I am trying to get him to fill out the forms for NYS disability, a separate process, and I was just notified that he filled out the forms incorrectly. He has absolutely ruined this time which was supposed to be restful and healing. I have had nothing but stress, chasing him trying to get the stuff done so that I can have at least a little money. He wrote on one of the forms that I have suicidal tendencies, but even this in no way influenced the manner in which he was willing to help me. I called FOUR times to speak to the "medical supervisor" and no call back. I went to the office, only to find that they had moved. I am so angry, I wish I had the money to sue but he took care of that; I'm broke. Credit cards all maxed, bank account with a negative balance. I'm done with him and Skypiatrist. A nightmare.
My Dr was easy going, thorough and courteous
DO NOT SEE DR. DAVID KRASSNER OR DR. SANDIP BUCH AT THIS PRACTICE. ***AFTER I REVIEWED THIS OFFICE DR. BUCH YET AGAIN REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY HIM OR DR. KRASSNER. I HAVE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN MY DOCTOR AND I OVER THE MESSAGING PLATFORM AND HE WAS RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. MISLEADING. DID NOT COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AND SOMEHOW BLAMED ME FOR IT. THIS RESPONSE JUST PROVES MY POINT FURTHER. *** I had a very poor experience with Dr. David Krassner. After our session, he REFUSED to get my adderall pre authorized in order for my insurance to approve it. He was uncommunicative, rude, gave me false information about the policies of the practice saying it was the patient’s responsibility to get my medication pre authorized and claimed I was HARASSING and ABUSING him after following up on the status of my medication. He was unprofessional and caused further stress in my life when his main job is to make sure his patient receives the medication they are being prescribed. He then released me as his patient under the guise that I was the one uncomfortable continuing our sessions. He did this without preauthorizing my medication which left me to pay out of pocket as per the solution of Dr. Sandip Buch. Dr. Buch called me days after I had attempted to contact them through their help email, which is incorrectly written once clicked on their site. They are only reachable through their help number. His solution was short term. Pay out of pocket for my medication and discharging me from the practice. Dr. Buch was unapologetic, insensitive and dismissive. My experience with these two doctors at this practice caused a lot of frustration and tears. I hope this review damages their reputability and warns others to be seen by different doctors if they choose to work with this practice.
I scheduled to see someone on this platform 7 days prior the appointment, they cancelled my appointment because I didn’t complete the intake form within 24-48 hours of scheduling, even thought I had 5 days before the appointment still. What if I was going through psychosis and someone else had made my appointment because I’m not in a head space where I can be online and on the phone, then you cancelled an appointment for someone who is in desperate need of mental health services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
