He fixed my skin condition on the first try and is very experienced and professional.

Dr. Choudhury is amazing. He’s super knowledgeable and has always been able to diagnose any issues that arise quickly. His staff is helpful and efficient. I refer all my friends to him and travel from queens to go to this practice.

Dr.Choudhurry prescribed my daughter an ointment but it needed a prior authorization to get approved by her insurance . It’s been TWO weeks that I or her pharmacy have been able to obtain this from his office . Every time I call they give me a run around stating that they cannot get through to the guy that does the prior authorizations . I have even left messages for the doctor himself to call me back to possibly give me an alternative medication for my daughter and he has never called me back . I ended up having to pay for this expensive medication out of pocket. DO NOT GO HERE !

Had an appointment with “Yohana Shum” she glanced at my skin from six feet and prescribed me medication that ruined my skin! She didn’t explain anything cause she was in a rush to leave. Horrible excuse for a dermatologist!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!

I never met the doctor In the first place , there is always a different PA.I had a mediocre chemical peel done on Thursday August 27 , 2020 by a female PA who thought I was a new patient .The whole process was poor . I don’t know the process to do a chemical peel but whatever she did was let than 2 minutes. She rushed to do everything . She disregarded my question regarding dark spots. Since she was rushing , she left my nose bruised and damaged along burned dark patches all over my face. My skin didn’t peel at all. The next ( Friday the 28th) day , I went there to get some help , I waited 1hr :20 min for them to bring me inside the room + another 40 mins to wait for the doctor to come . Total of 2 hrs . I walked out ...... will never go back to this place , they’re disorganized .

Long wait. Dr. Choudhury man-talked to his two young female interns or assistants, and did not have a clue what happened to my skin. Unprofessional and bad experience. The prescribed ointment did not work.

Dr. Choudhury is one of the best dermatologist I have ever been to for my eczema. He takes his time and creates an impeccable plan to help with this skin condition . Dr choudhury is a very knowledgeable doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Choudhury for about 20 years and have had good experience, or I would not have been going back. I make appointments by phone and specify that I want to see Dr. Choudhury. I usually go either early or late in the day (not 3-5 p.m.), and have not had waits of more than 20 minutes.

Waited for over an hour for our very first appointment with Sourab Choudhury and did not even meet with the physician but rather an associate. Got minimal information that we had previously discovered. Not helpful, didn’t see the doctor and waited way too long. Disappointing.

It’s a super busy office! I waited more than half an hour but it’s his assistant physician served me! Since I booked my appointment through Zocdoc, I didn’t get the notice of change of physician until last minute!!! Super unhappy with this! I felt like I ordered apples from stores but received pears instead!
