Trash. Walked around the office being told to go back and forth up and down stairs ended up. being late to my appointment. Given attitude by lady at the front desk. Mean while was I'll with covid the entire time. So unorganized and unprofessional. Staff and Dr. KIRA were slow, rude and not careful. Went in for a covid and flu test. Waited saw the Dr who scowled the who time. Was told that I had to be seen as a new patient and would have a physical so I canceled my physical I had scheduled. Wait for an eternity then only get tested for covid. No blood work nothing. Now I have to make a new appointment. Dr. KIRA Thompson who ordered the test rudely gave me Dr. Note for covid but didn't even follow up on her own notes for blood work. She isn't even board certified. Quack..... Wont be back to this location.
They’re rude, arrogant, and make it difficult when answering questions. They are also mean and shade people as if this is a reality tv show. Don’t go here if you want to feel valued .
Good service.
I’m here now, and the medical assistant is so rude, decided I have a virus just cause I said I have a fever — when I’m here to see a specialist because I keep testing negative for viruses and bacteria even Lyme and infectious diseases. Now a second medical assistance is telling me to go to my pcp — who referred me to the specialist. And she can’t read my blood pressure cause I’m upset at their overall incompetence. Medical assistants do not diagnose, or have the authority to give medical advice. So why are these ladies in the mindset that they know anything about my health with even taking my vitals or looking at my chart? This is my first time at THIS location, and I will never return here.
The wait was extremely short today.
The podiatrist is great...
Clean , friendly staff
Staff very professional
Incompetent and shiesty. A poster child of everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. this place was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. I needed to see a foot doctor for a common prescription. When Dr. Clifford Tavroff saw me, he casually offered to trim one of my toe nails while I was there. I said fine. What he didnt explain was that this would result in a 100 dollar item on my eventual bill labeled, "DEBRIDEMENT OF NAIL(S), 1-5". I could have gotten 5 pedicures for the cost of having him quickly trimming one toe nail. Once i received this bill, it also became apparent that they had not taken my insurance info down properly when i first visited. I had to spend several days on the phone with them and even had to call my insurance company to get them to explain to them how to take down my insurance information properly. As if that was not enough, they sent the prescription to a pharmacy clear on the other side of town, rather than the Walgreens that is exactly two blocks away from the building. This was, of course, my fault, for not being more specific than asking it to be sent "somewhere close", or looking at the pharmacy address only after i had left. but having them call the prescription in to the Walgreens down the street was clearly a challenge for them, as this alone, took another several days on the phone with them, explaining and then re-explaining exactly what it was i was trying to do, only to have the good doctor Tavroff leave me an annoyed voice message as if i was requesting more medicine than i was prescribed ( this isn't even a "fun" drug we're talking about). none of this should have been that complicated or expensive. I will avoid this facility at all costs form now on and any Advantage Care location for that matter. Their customer service line was a labyrinth that only added more confusion and hassle.
It’s a beautiful facility but the place is kind of disorganized as there is a total lack of communication between the different offices and doctors in there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
