Great neurologist

Great experience every time. I have been very happy with Dr. Smith and his staff!

Dr smith did a facelift for me and a year later, after having done my eyes three times, I look worse now than I did before the surgery. My guess is that he stuck me with so many fillers that my face skin was so extended that when the fillers went away, all that was left behind were wrinkles. Really bad wrinkles! In order not to be bothered, he dismissed me as a patient. Hid behind his staff the whole time and will not talk to me or explain to me why I looked worse after the surgery than before. He still hiding from me. Lastly, I was threatened by One of his staff members that if I continue requesting to see him to get an explanation that they will call the police on me!!! The only thing that I can think about is that he is a coward. He knows he messed up so instead of trying to fix it and offer me an explanation he just hid behind his staff. Actually he had one explanation for me, “maybe that is just the way you age“. In two years?? He’s trying to squirm his way out of the disaster that he did to me and never refunded me one single penny! $15,000 down the drain. Now I have to find another surgeon To fix what he did! DISGRACEFUL !! HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF !!!

My best advice to you would be to run from this doctor. He ruined my life. He is getting very old and soon to retire so if he makes a mistake on you he knows he will be retiring soon. He also knows its virtually impossible to sue doctors in Tennessee. He owns the surgery center where your surgery will be performed. Also get all consultation notes upfront so their are no surprises when you ask for after the fact. Ask to see a mock up prep report of what will be taking place during your surgery. Once you see it trust me you will say no way. I had a brow lift only to find out after the fact a brow lift is a forehead lift...big difference. unbelievably painful. I was told 1-2 weeks of bruising. One year later my eyes are still dark from the bruising that will take years if ever to fade. My nose way beautiful before...he butchered it and when I asked his staff why it looked crocked she said, 'the nose has memory' they forgot to tell me that small detail. Plastic surgery is a scam. You will regret it 100% and have health problem thereafter. When I called in concerned with pain I was told I needed to see a psychiatrist...none of which I had never had to do before. Also this doctor hung up on me three separate occasions. Your world will spiral out of control and you will regret this decision. If you must continue to have surgery please do not use this doctor. He is not what he appears to be. I have spent the whole year going to doctors and have spent thousands on medical bills. My revision rhinoplasty was 20,000. My nose will never be the same. worse mistake of my life. Lastly I was told his wife has never had plastic surgery, when asked why she said....I don't need plastic surgery. I too did not need plastic surgery. He just uses other fools to pay his bills and pay for his lavish lifestyle. Please don't take the chance that I did and ruin Your life.

Dr. Smith took time to explain what was occurring to me in explainable (my understanding) detail. Made me feel comfortable in asking questions.Included instead of dictating options. Dr. Steven Smit was recommended to me so glad I listened. You are a credit to your profession thank you Doctor!!

Dr Smith was caring and easy going listening to my needs. He is a great Dr and I would recommend.

Dr. Smith has donefour different procedures on me. He is GREAT! I would not go to any one else. a wonderful and warm personality and a great sense of humor. go to him you will be so happy!!

Did such a great job my sister had the same procedure done and was equally happy. His office is top notch. Operating facilities are immaculate and most importantly - clean. Had no post operative complications. Dr. Smith was available 24/7. Gave me his cellphone and told me to call if needed. Even came in on a holiday to remove my bandages. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for the best.
