I ran out of blood pressure medicine that Dr. Sacchi's office prescribed. I called the office for 2 weeks and they constantly transferred me to his assistance Jill, whom I left several messages for. She never called me back. I went to the office in person today and because I didn't have an appointment they didn't see me and Natacha told me she would make sure Jill sees the message to contact me KNOWING I had no more medicine and my blood pressure could go up. No one called me. I called back and spoke to Mohammed (who was very rude) who told me he would sent a message to Dr. Sacchi and Jill even though I told him no one has been calling me back. No one still called me. How do you treat a patient of yours this way? Every one was told of my situation and no one returned my call. I met Dr. Sacchi once and he was very pleasant but I am not sure how hands on he is with his staff and the poor patient service they are providing. I await a call hopeful I don't have to go to the ER due to their negligence and indifference.

Dr. Terrence Sacchi has saved my father’s life more than once. He is such a dedicated physician as well as a brilliant asset to the cardiology department at Methodist.

Dr Sachhi is a tremendous disappointment. His failure to meet patients needs and his passion to expend time with his interns s rather than focusing on his patients has led to very serious consequences. I would stay away from this MD at all costs.

Dr Sacchi is more invested in his leadership and assorted administrative roles rather than providing care to patients that count on him. I would recommend staying far away from this physician.

Dr Sacchi has been caring for my autistic daughter for several years. He has a wonderful manner and she is completely at ease with him. He has given her excellent care in cardiology.

Dr. Sacchi is a caring and kind physician. He is also very thorough and will do his very best to treat his patients, both physically and emotionally, important qualities in a healer! I would give him 6 stars!
