You don’t answer your phones and I don’t understand how this can help the practice generate business.

This office has been my Dentist for many years . Until my insurance changed but hopefully I got the right insurance this time to go back to this office , I Love the staff here, the vibe here is so Chill ,But I Love Lucy ..she’s so sweet.. and her Doctor has the best bedside manners,Very Professional

This is the WORST!!!!!!!!!! Dental office I have gone too in my life! You call when they open, you call in the afternoon, you call in the evening they NEVER answer! They send you to voicemail! Even better, you go in person and you have to sit down and wait because the receptionist went on lunch so theres NO ONE there. I can post a screenshot, i called 10 times one time and no one answered and i ended up going in person and the receptionist was sitting there relaxing. To make matters worse, the office looks like its falling apart. Listen DO NOT waste your time going here. Find some where else I BEG YOU.

I am not a fan of the dentist but coming here has softened me up a little. From the front desk to the back office, I felt welcomed. The hygienist and the dentist listened to my concerns. Much appreciated

My only issue with them is nobody is picking up the phone and I hate that. Suppose it’s an emergency or I want to ask questions on something you guys not answering any phone calls that’s stupid

This place isnt no good at all. I gave them a bad review for the manger to call the phone n asked to speak with me . Just to tellin me take my bad comment dwn instead of working on my teeth. She thens continue. To complain bout the review i made instead of fixing my problem . I had this root canal done since i was 7 months pregnant it’s almost a full year inn half n my teeth still hurts. Every teeth they did HURTS . She tells me “oh well with dat comment i ain’t have to come back. Im currently goin to brookdale dental . I complained to them bout the teeth n they suggested I go back to who did it . Buh yall no help yall more worried bout ppl commets n reviews then ppl teeth. So yes i can sue for for a failed root canal. N for yall not trynna fix the problem yall started . Yall tellin me go else where . They was supposed to wait ro get a proved by medicaid n NEVERRR got back to me .

I RECENTLY STUMBLED ACROSS THIS DENTIST AND I MUST SAVE I’M 28 YEARS OF AGE I NEVER HAD SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A DENTIST OFFICE BEFORE OR SHOULD I SAY I JUST COULDN’T FIND ONE TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEEDS BUT THIS PLACE WAS . THIS REALLY WAS MY FIRST TIME HAVING A PLEASANT ONE , I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ADULTS OF MY AGE AND UP , IT’S NEVER CROWED IT’S NEVER A LONG WAIT IVE BEEN HERE ABOUT THREE TIMES, THE ORAL SURGEONS ARE REALLY SWEET .

I love this dentist it's the best. The receptionist is the best she knows what's she is doing. The dentist is the best as well I love his work I had a root canal witch is the best. Bo problem with my root canal. I visited this establishment many times. Never a time I was disappointed. Your schedule time is your scheduled time you never have to wait hours. Staff is fast and accurate also, professional. Clean and welcoming. Wide variety of approved Insurance. The first desk staff is experienced and she goes beyond. My dentist is wonderful, she super understanding. Although I need a lot of work done i never felt embarrassed, because they made me feel all my issues well be resolved, which is a great feeling. I was Informed from a co worker about this dentistry, he currently goes to the dentist office in the Bronxs. I live in Brooklyn and they have a office in Brooklyn office he suggested. 🤗

Making an appointment at The Brooklyn Dental Center was easy. I love that they take my insurance, Healthfirst Managed Medicare. The receptionist, Lucy, and Dr. Mahadkar were truly the warmest, most efficient dental trio I’ve ever experienced. And no sales pitches! They explained every procedure proactively, and the dentist was very empathetic when I got a little panicky during my cleaning.
