Vaibhavi is my physical therapist . I really enjoyed my therapy with her . She helped me with my knee pain. And I already feel better from when I started . I enjoy my therapy sessions at this clinic.

In general I had a good experience at this therapy centre. In particular I found Mohammed and David very supportive. The reception desk was good with an exception with me. The very first day of my admission to the centre I informed her regarding the effective date of my healthfirst medication insurance card is from 1 June 2025, she said no worry. I trusted on her. But while I received an adjustment invoice of $150, then I have been informed that it was the invoice for the visits of beyond the insurance coverage dates. It created inconvenience for me. However, otherwise everything was good.

I'm happy the the physical therapy session.The staff is polite and nice. Sessions help me with reduce my pain symptoms on shoulder.

I came in for PT for both of my knees and as a newbie it’s been such a wonderful and flexible experience for me. The staff has been kind, helpful and most importantly I’ve noticed a massive difference in my knees in just a few weeks. Special shout out to Honey and Shina who take extra care of their patients. Glad to have found this place

I usually don’t write negative reviews but I really feel this was necessary. I went in for an appointment as a new patient and right from the beginning my experience was terrible. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before I got seen without any apology or explanation for the wait. The evaluation was essentially nonexistent. I basically was immediately thrown onto the treadmill and told to do some stretches after I told the PT my symptoms. Then she left me because she was juggling 5 other patients so she didn’t actually watch what my body was doing. I’d finish the workout and then just stand there for her to come back only to just give me the next task without any discussion on how it felt, what was going on with my body while doing it, observations, etc. I don’t blame her as I’m sure it’s not her fault she was overwhelmed with other patients and she was very friendly but the lack of personal care, insight, or communication was wild - especially for a first time evaluation appointment. They tried to set me up for 6 more appointments but I just can’t go back. I’m in pain and need a place to actually invest in my recovery and not treat me like a paycheck.

Theradynamics has such a relaxing atmosphere, clean space, and friendly staff like Honey and V. They are really attentive and helpful, I am a pretty shy person but they make it easy for me to communicate what my pain is and tailor a routine to help me work my goals for my body. Totally recommend coming here
