I use Tri Phisical therapy office for many years. Very professional services, very friendly environment. Now I’m coming here to treat my severe low back pain. My physical therapist’s name is Janak. What a great guy. So friendly, so nice. I really impressed with him. He devotes so much time doing manual therapy to me in addition to standard electrical therapy. Also he spends a lot of time teaching me to do special exercises. No wonder I recover so fast. I would recommend him to anyone who needs professional treatment. Thank you JANAK for your professionalism.

I’ve had an incredible experience at this physical therapy office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The entire team, from reception to therapists, are not only friendly but also genuinely caring, always taking the time to answer questions and address concerns. The doctors here are top-notch—highly knowledgeable, attentive, and they really take the time to understand your needs and tailor a treatment plan that works for you. The environment is fantastic, too! The office is bright, clean, and well-organized, with a relaxed atmosphere that made each visit enjoyable. There’s a real focus on patient comfort, and it’s clear that everyone here is passionate about what they do. Exceptional from the start, front desk is like family, they try to do everything possible to make your visit as EZ as possible, pleasent and helpfull.

Excellent physiotherapy with personalized care and attentive specialists. However, the front desk staff, especially Monika, is rude and disrespectful, particularly to the elderly. Her condescending attitude makes visits unpleasant. I’ve never encountered such rudeness and no longer wish to return.

Went here during fall 2022 through first quarter of 2023. Best experience with physical therapy so far. Tremendous. Had/have ongoing issue for some time with left ankle but tri physical therapy team did a awesome job with restoring mobility and normality to my ankle(left). Shootout! To them especially kuriyal and tersea. Unfortunately. I ruptured my atfl unlike the rest of my ligaments and pernoal tendon after I stopped going to them. Came back here to this during the end of 2023 after a disappointing experience at the location which was on Coney Island Ave. Which has just moved recently to ocean parkway. My experience the second time around at this location was disappointing just as my experience at the other tri physical therapy location. But it will never take away from my experience the first time, for the most part.

Honestly to say this place is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. They don’t care about appointment time, you probably will wait for a while before someone will call you. Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional.!

I have been a patient of this office for almost 4 years now I have only good things to say. Dr.Lipnitsky saved my back and my overall health, was able to get me back on my feet and direct me to the right care to restore my back after many others failed. Thank you to the amazing staff, for the care and professionalism. I highly recommend this office.
