129 st Nicholas ave Brooklyn .TRiborough gi gastroenterology hospital is worst place I go to check blood ..my appointment is at 3.45.i was arriving at 3.30. They called me around 5.30.I wait more than one hour . Worker are very bad attitude.they discriminate people looks. They called someone people even they come 4pm.it really crazy hospital.they don’t care what time your appointment is they only care your looks.please don’t go ever this place.even they are very bad attitude towards the patient.

Triborough GI at Sheepshead Bay - staff is amazing very helpful and always accommodates any appointments necessary. Dr Dina is the best she has great bedside manners along with such a positive radiance . Very thorough and helpful goes above and beyond . I highly recommend anyone who is in need of Gastroenterologist to schedule an appointment here .

The office personnel were very friendly, they saw me at my appointed time and were very professional. Dr. Grossman needs work on his bedside manners, while a good doctor and diagnosed my problems, he was cold and short. He doesn't interact with his patients. Otherwise I'm very satisfied.

Worst office ever. Always lose your blood tests and maximise the use of your insurance for no reason.

Great Experience with Dr. Nancy Chen and 2nd Floor Staff, but Trish on 1st Floor is Terrible!! I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Nancy Chen and the staff on the 2nd floor at Triborough GI PLLC. They are always helpful, kind, and professional. Dr. Chen is attentive and truly cares about her patients, and her staff reflects the same level of care. However, the experience with Trish on the 1st floor was the complete opposite. She was rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, and it was clear that she has no interest in providing any real assistance. It’s unfortunate that someone with such poor manners is the first point of contact in the clinic. I sincerely hope the clclinic addresses this issue with Trish, as it really impacts the overall experience in a negative way.

Absolutely rude medical assistance staff in Triborough GI Medical clinic. Two medical assistants showed themselves to be unprofessional by refusing me to perform tests prescribed by the doctor, such as ultrasound and blood tests. In my opinion, experience has shown that repeat testing is not possible in this clinic anymore.
