This entire group of folks is absolutely terrific They are all extremely friendly and personable. Their scientific knowledge is of the highest quality as well. Honestly I’ve been to good medical practices before but this one functions as a team. It’s obvious they all like and enjoy each other and are just a great bunch of people. They’re timely. I never have to wait. I couldn’t think of anything they could improve upon. The physician techs other specialists and receptionists are just really nice people

The treatment at this facility is working I had the same procedure done at USA Vein Clinics and what was done was not nearly as thoroughand ultimately didnt work and the doctor who performed the procedure never once looked in my face. The doctor I have at this facility is firstclass and his efforts are producing results. I didnt give 5 stars in this review because even with an appointment I always wait close to an hour. This is inconvenient and annoying because I usually have appointments following which make me late or I have to reschedule.

As a firsttime client I was very pleased with the customer service at the front desk the receptionist. They were all very patient as well as attentive. All aspects of the process were explained in laymens terms to assure you clarity.

They make you feel welcome as you first walk in the door until you are all done. Everyone seems professional in their area. The staff was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. And so glad that they had a sense of humor.
