I waited until I'd had my vaccines, set the appointment online and arrived on time. This was my second visit to USA Vein Clinics, where the first was a careful review of whether the work could be done.The doctor arrived 15 minutes late.Reception appeared to be new, perhaps today was her first day on the job. She only had two of us waiting. She confirmed with me that I'd signed up with my nickname. Don't do that, by the way. She said she had to eliminate my appointment, indicating that I had done it wrong. Once she eliminated my appointment, two other people came in. The doctor saw them first.I believe that once she eliminated my appointment she was unable to reschedule until next Friday. I was lucky to get today's time off so I couldn't push to another day. It felt like it would have been at the clinic's convenience. The very first visit, which was an hours-long exam, and the data they got then, appears to be wasted.Reception also asked me for a referral, which I was told was not necessary at the first visit, as I was paying cash, and the clinic had already reviewed the area I needed help with to determine next steps.If this is a software scheduling problem, the clinic needs to do much, much better. Certainly, train reception.This visit was a big waste of time. I don't recommend this place.

First visit today with Dr.Yetman and i enjoyed his vibehe explained in clear detail my situation and made me feel very comfortable..I highly recommend him..

The staff is very nice. Dr yetman is so kool he made the procedure so easy and smooth especially with his vibes that takes your mind off the stinging of the needle. Very professional. I will and did recommend.
