Friendly staff all around. Walked out the same day as procedure. Surprisingly minimal amount of pain. Now Im very happy with my leg. I can wear everything easily.

I like my experience at this clinics. The Dr. I feel used actual medicine what i needed. I have had this procedure done before and my experience was a lot different . I feel I got my monies worth . Will recommend USA Vein Clinics to anyone.

Dr.Smith made this experience an unpleasant one. Not only was he rude and sarcastic he only wants to point out my weight and not his work. Or maybe because I purchased a Groupon I was not worth his time or energy? This Smith needs to learn how to properly speak with patients and customers because his tone choice of words and facial expressions are truly discomforting and terrible. I take my aftercare very seriously and spent a lot of money on what I needed and all he can comment is my weight. I even lost weight since I have been there so I can help my leg but he would not hear me out. I simply came for a follow up and he automatically started to defend himself instead of listening to me. PS no one wears a mask which is terrible for such a small space. Very shady clinics and Dr.Smith isn’t helping their image.

Each visit I was greeted by name properly screened for COVID given a description of what to expect during the visit thorough post care instructions and a warm goodbye greeting at checkout.

I had some spider veins treated and as soon as you walk into the office you get a good feeling from the staff. It seems like everyone likes working there. I was treated very well and am very happy with the results of my procedure

Horrible attitude from a Dr.Smith. I came in for a follow up just to check my leg and he started to automatically defend himself as if he were in court. Complaining about me when I have my whole family as a witness to my aftercare. This Smith was so nasty and sarcastic that I had to cry out of frustration. Truly a horrible experience since the very start. I wish clinics like this carefully choose who works there because people like this will only make a business unliked. He was more concerned about my weight rather than just giving a follow up. I repeated that I am concerned for the color but he just wasnt letting me talk and refusing to listen. He was accusing me of not wearing compression socks when I spent 300 dollars on them and wear them most of the week. I have lost weight and bought over 300 dollars worth of arnicare bruise gel. I have an in home gym that I use so I have taken my aftercare VERY SERIOUSLY. THANKS FOR NOTHING SMITH next time learn how to talk to patientscustomers instead of insulting them and belittling them. ON TOP OF THAT NO ONE WEARS A MASK? Just patients? Last time I checked we are still in a pandemic. Terrible shady place.
