Terrible office. My mother went here to be seen by the Doctor for intense pain near her knee. He took x-rays and those were fine so he told her she should get an MRI. Her insurance requires an authorization code for that so we waited two days for that. The third day comes and nothing. My mother calls the office to ask about the code and they tell her she has to wait because the office is busy. So, I went in and asked for this code. They gave me the run around and blamed the insurance company for not calling the office. Miraculously/coincidentally one of the office ladies was on the phone with the insurance as I was there about my mother's case. Got the code within 10 minutes. Imagine the work that can be done when people aren't on their phones.The African American woman that sits right in front was very rude and not helpful at all. Claimed she emailed my mother a document that she never received and then proceeds to give attitude when I asked for a copy.Safe to say that my mother won't be coming here anymore.

He's a great doctor !!He did my surgery I would Recommend him to everyone ..And his staff are all great also...

Went for an appointment. The office was busy. The secretary never called my name or had me fill out registration forms. When I asked her about this she told me to wait as she was busy. Afterv1 hour and 30 minutes and an hour after my scheduled appointment I again went to ask her what happened. She had put the sheet with my name away and ignored me. Said I should have come to ask her about it. I said I had done that. I left.

Gillian Nicholas, what can I say about Dr. Sasson and his staff. I can't begin to tell you how amazing you are and the greatness that follows.. when I needed a surgeon that was careful, friendly and compassionate Dr. Sasson was the one.. he will have you cracking up and feel comfortable during and after your visit.. on my day of surgery he made me feel safe and secure and after surgery he will visit you as much as you need him.. he's never made me feel alone nor neglected and he will never forget you no matter how long you haven't seen him. I've moved to CONNECTECUT and feel often sad not having him as my doctor and had to do surgery here after in my hands but if I was in New York I would trust no one else but him... the anesthesiologist was also amazing.. they made me feel free and cluster less as I am extremely claustrophobic but felt comfortable. I can't begin to express how happy I was having Dr. Sasson and his staff on my side cause I was well taken care of. Thank you thank you thank you.. I wish there were more stars cause you'd have them all. Grateful.

My husband went for a very simple surgery In his knee just surgery was a success while we went for about V and then again my husband still in pain more than nine months Dr never took care of him the right way not recommended at all

9 months after arthroscopic knee surgery am still in pain. Returned to Dr. two months after surgery was told am fine, take glucosamine. Returned 8 months in and insisted another MRI. Cartilage is still torn was told to try gel shots that are not covered by insurance. Was told to call the company myself and if not we can try microfracture surgery. Notice key word, TRY.

I waited in the Kings Highway office waiting room for over two hours , and never saw the doctor. If I’m moving forward with Dr Sasson I will have multiple appointments in the future.No thank you. Dr. Sasson is in desperate need of a competent office manager. I’ll be using another orthopedic surgeon.

Love this DR. My Dad went to the office this AM and Was diagnosed within 20 minutes with a hand fracture.

This man destroyed my knee and subsequently after that told me that I needed a knee replacement. Right after my surgery, I knew that there was something wrong after I woke up. My knee was far worse now than what it was before the surgery. It turned out that he took out too much of my cartilage and then informed me that I needed a knee replacement. Please, for your sake, don't ever consider this man because he will use you as a guinea pig. He has ruined my quality of life. To this day, I still I'm still in pain and cannot walk.
