As a Brownsville native, I have always heard the negative comments about Brookdale and was told to avoid it at all costs but my most recent experience has left me to write a review that states otherwise. I’m not sure about the other departments but I recently had an out-patient surgery done by Dr. Wendy-Ann Olivier and everything was done so professionally and courteously. From the attentiveness of the staff, everyone greeting you with a smile, assuring you that things will be fine, even down to the Doctoring welcoming me into the operating room with a song by one of my favorite artists, my experience was phenomenal. I did not see her at the hospital for appointments but she is a plastic surgeon affiliated with Brookdale in some capacity so the surgery was performed there and I do not regret it. In fact, I highly recommend her & her team. Only one week post-op but I love my results so far, much thanks to Dr. Olivier, her assistant Suzette, and her OR team!

Incredibly unprofessional. Scheduled me for an appointment last minute (the day before), never expressed at any point about time sensitivity and then cancelled my appointment when I arrived 7 minutes behind. She also makes you print out and fill out an ELEVEN PAGE questionnaire which is so ghetto and cheap, like do you not have a printer in your office? Outrageous, I've never had a doctor do that before. Waste of ink, my time and money on a cab to travel. I wouldn't trust this lady with my body at all. Would definitely not recommend. Complete and utter disappointment.

simply put...... she is the best! steady hands hardly any scaring my boobs look better than they did in my 20's. she did a much needed breast reduction for me I was a 34H. I hv other friends that went to other docs and they all hv more scaring than I. I'm soooo happy with her work. And her office manager Suzette is very personable and a beast with the insurance companies. if I could give more stars I would.

Very professional and caring. Explained my procedure to me step by step. Spotted a issue without even touching me on my first visit that none of my other doctors ever mentioned. Overall made me feel comfortable and safe.

My experience with DR WENDY-ANN OLIVER was amazing !! She is a very pleasant , professional , caring and patience doctor . I’m extremely pleased with my results and will most definitely recommend her .This is the EMBODIMENT OF BLACK EXCELLENCE !!!
