I love the thorough care offered. He is very flexible with appointments. He does a lot of virtual but supports patients who prefer in person for the connectivity option. He does everything stomach related. I have had some stomach issues and made an appointment. He is very knowledgeable in the community and is able to share recommendations.

Dedicated and experienced professional. The office staff were polite and accommodating. Dr. Erber conveyed a concern about my well being and listened to my concerns about invasive procedures. He is open to a conservative approach given the non emergent nature of my digestive problems. He offered a consult with a nutritionist and an over the counter medication to alleviate my symptom. He recommended I return in three months for a follow up.

Great service, and professionalism!!! Dr. Erber has been my doctor for more than ten years, extremely happy with his service. He listens and takes time to discuss my needs. I highly recommend his office and wonderful service.

A number of years ago I underwent a colonoscopy at this location. After waking up from the procedure, I sat down with the doctor to go over the results. He described my symptoms, which I was obviously well aware of. It was my body and my lived experience we were talking about after all, so when he insisted my symptoms were a result of my being gay, I was stunned. Even after explaining that close family members shared the same symptoms and that they weren't gay, he continued to insist that it was because I was gay. It wasn't until recently that I learned that I am autistic, and gastrointestinal issues are common among such individuals. The senior doctor allowed his bias to cloud his judgment and it caused me years of anger and resentment towards him. I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I made an appointment to see the doctor for the first time and the staff that booked me over the phone answered all my questions and was super friendly. On the day of the appointment, they called to remind me. Conveniently located off ocean parkway, there are benches outside of you that are very early or they're running late. They took me on time and had me fill out new patient paperwork... about 4 pages worth. As soon as the paperwork was done they had me see the doctor in his office. Very friendly guy. Really tries to get to know you while making you comfortable. Dug deep into my medical history and answered all my questions about an upcoming medical procedure. He spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel rushed. The staff went over the details for the procedure and gave me handouts. Both today and for the procedure I got the times and dates that I requested. The waiting room was empty when I got there but started filling up on my departure. Loved that face masks are required for all patients and staff. Note: there are stairs to get into his office. His office is much larger than you'd think when walking up to it.

Save your self a day, find a doctor who cares... By the time you left the office, you will understand...why you were the only patient at the office. Never have seen the doctor that would speak to you from the other room..., forget the check up!!! Abnormally covid scared "Doctor"

I have to disagree with some of the reviews I read. My experience with Dr. E has been nothing but positive. He performed several procedures on me two years ago and explained the results thoroughly. I returned to him today with new symptoms. Yes, he does like to talk, but he knows how to listen. I would recommend him. I'm sure retirement is inevitable down the road which concerns me. I hope and pray that his son will treat his patients and those that he inherits, with the same care and bedside manner as his father.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the office is clean and presentable, and the wait time is never too long. It is so difficult to find a doctor who takes the time for their patients that they truly need, and Dr. Erber absolutely does that. He is inquisitive; he actually listens and interacts; and he goes into detail when explaining how symptoms work and relate to one another. The anxiety that builds when you are a new patient quickly dissipates as soon as you are brought in. This office is all around fantastic, and I highly recommend!
