List of William Urban's Reviews
At 16 I tore my acl, it was infected during surgery(I had multiple revision surgeries with Dr urban). Now I have arthritis in my knee forever.
My knee was irreparably damaged by Doctor William P Urban. I went in for ACL surgery, and he didn't know my meniscus was torn until after I was under anesthesia. So he fixed my meniscus and then after a very painful 6 weeks I had to go back for ACL surgery. My knee did not heal and after a plethora of revision surgeries, my knee was infected and lost all its cartilage. At sixteen, I was left with lifelong arthritis and I no longer have a very limited range of motion.
I had a great experience with Dr. Urban. He did my ACL and I had great outcome. I am back on my feet and I am doing my activities. He is smart and was able to give me my function back. He told me what my expectations were each visit and how much I should start bending my knee. He is an expert when it comes to ACL reconstruction. His Resident, Dr. Arash is phenomenal. I saw him first and he was able to break down the whole process. He described what the surgery was and took his time to make sure I understood what went on. He has excellent bedside manners and is an absolute professional. His confidence that I was in great hands and ability to treat me as a person and not a specimen really touched my heart. He is absolutely pristine all around. I am sure he is learning well from Dr. Urban. Overall had a great experience and will recommend Dr. Urban to any of my friends and family.
Listen Dr. Urban found a calcified piece of broken off bone in my knee using XRAY and MRI readings when my previous Ortho could not, despite seeing the same readings as well as my knee in an abnormal state with his own eyes. Because of this, I have deduced that Dr. Urban knows his stuff and so I recommend him highly. Also, this facility (760 Parkside Ave) is clean and attractive and the staff are professional, well mannered, extremely polite young people! I can't help but question the daily mannerisms during other social interactions of anyone who would call these polite youths rude, "ghetto," or "streetish" unprofessionals.. ...but I have a feeling I already know the answer. Great facility. Busy but easily very recommendable. -T. Mondesir
awesome
Disgusting place, dr urban charges his patients to pay to get their workers comp and job forms s fee Of 25-40 dollars to fill out , if you don’t pay you will not get you forms back. The staff is rude ghetto and streetish they are slow and unprofessional manners, they walk out on you when your talking anc they stole a patient insurance card, the patient came back to the clinic and went off. The place is money hungry, who and what clinic you know charges a fee to fill out health forms while we giving them our services, so embarrassing. Please close this place down DOM has to come out and investigate this horrible place, please I encourage no one to come to this dr, dr urban........
Horrible Staff Average Doctor
Excellent doctor
Dr. Urban is pretty good, but his support staff is very difficult to deal with and wait times can be really long.
Highly recommended for sports injuries. After one visit I was fully confident that Dr. Urban is not only adept at his work, but also communicates well with patients, explaining the situations and offering detailed information about treatments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
