In the world of medical care, Windsor Physical Therapy is outstanding. Every aspect of the experience is positive. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and the therapists are knowledgeable and experienced. Most importantly, the therapy is highly effective and curative! Sara has treated me for knee, heel and trigger finger issues - all successfully! I recommend Windsor most highly!

Windsor PT is a homey space with good people who treat everyone according to their individual needs with professionalism, courtesy, kindness, flexibility according to what is necessary for the problem and the person. Sarah Whiteside is wonderful, but I believe the other therapists are all quite good as well. In an age of factory line PT offices, Windsor PT is a godsend.

Poor Customer Service from their front desk ….wouldn’t recommend. Looks like the receptionist accidentally scheduled an appointment without my consent. I received a text message about the appointment and replied to it as soon as I was able to do so. I replied that it must be an error because I had something already planned at that time for several weeks. They replied that they were going to charge me anyway, a fee based on their error! These types of minor mistakes should have been handled way better for that reason I have to give them a one star. Poor customer service. I’ll be going somewhere else.

Sarah Whiteside helped me with my recovery from a total knee replacement. The care provided was top notch and I attribute my speedy recovery to the post operative PT that I received at Windsor PT. The space is warm and inviting, appointments run on time and the staff is kind and friendly. Thank you Sarah!!! I am now 7 months post surgery, have full mobility and no more pain!!

Fantastic yoga classes! This is a new offering here, so the classes are relatively small and intimate. I feel safe and understood practicing yoga in this PT space--the instructors clearly were chosen by the owner who is a physical therapist and yoga teacher, and the instructors have a sophisticated understanding of my injuries and consistently offer me adjustments to poses throughout the class. Highly recommend these yoga classes if you have any conditions or injuries but wish to learn and stretch yourself (no pun intended)

As a veteran patient that has gone to dozens of PT places, I can say with confidence that Sarah and her team are among the best I’ve ever worked with, BY FAR. They’re also great people. It’s why I come here all the way from Clinton Hill. Highly recommend!!!
