Very bad attitude. Supposed to have the phone appointment yesterday. Sent the fee in the morning yesterday. Waiting for whole day. Never received a phone call to send my medicine. Tried to contact so many times. Still Ask me to pay, but I already paid. It’s second day. Never received a phone call. Every time I made appointments just to get my medicine, every time I need to call them so many times. Am I good? My condition is getting worse.

I went this office and my daughter too. It's a very terrible experience! She and her office people it is not a professional and let me have a very bad feel from psychological ! The NYC should have a professional management for the Industry Standard!

If you are looking for a psychiatrist, keep looking. DO NOT go to this one. Whenever I go to my appointment I have to wait 2-3 hours before she calls me. She doesn't listen to patients and thinks she's always right. I tell her my plan and what I'm trying to do to help myself and she agrees with my plan. The next appointment she yells at me for doing the my plan we both agreed on. Her attitude is disgusting, she does not care abt the patient or their feelings, she is just there for money. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Has an 'attitude'. Rude and hostile. POOR bedside manner. Has little to no active listening skills. DO NOT recommend, especially for those with depression. STEER CLEAR .

Dr. Chen himself seems to be manic. She said dirty things to my son in the presence of a parent. My son told her that he had no appetite after taking the medicine she prescribed. Then she threatened to go to the hospital if he didn't take the medicine. Then they started arguing about whether to take the medicine or not. Then I couldn't believe that a doctor could say this to a child. :F you. I have complained to the relevant authorities.

chen zhangxu is psycho! she just wanna cheat on insurance to get money as much as she can. She changed medical records to prevent from being jail!everyone please do not come! she currently got lawsue and criminal lawsue!

Called the front desk to ask to change schedule from Thursday to Saturday but they refuse to change it. Said I took 10 minutes of her time just for one question and quick change when she REFUSE to change my dates and continues to argue with me. All dates are full so I asked for appointments in September but said it’s too early and they don’t know and told me to ask the psychiatrist herself to change time. Rude attitudes. Don’t go here. Waste of time.

Been coming here for two years. I never felt this place was amazing, but it wasn't horrible enough i felt compelled to leave a review. My purse was stolen that contained my medicine i called here looking for help. I was mostly concerned about the abrupt stop to the medicine. Today when i called the receptionist got very nasty with me and told me i would have to deal with it until my next appointment. I tried explaining that this has happened before and i was able to get help and she told me "that was the past and this is now" which i found extremely rude. Also. If the policies have changed isn't it her job to explain that when it hsppens? I continued to explain myself. She made pretty gross insinuations. I told her she was very rude and after 5 minutes of arguing she finally did her job. She always has an attitude too. Another time She told me she wouldn't write a doctors note so i asked my doctor, who made her do it anyway. I don't know why she's got such an attitude problem but I'm not taking it anymore. Not only does she make her own life more difficult with her attitude, but it makes me dread having to call back incase she decides to go off on me again

they just want money 。all need money 。we just want our report but they need our paid for
