The front desk staff had a bad attitude, and even after making 3 calls in a row, they failed to make an appointment to see the doctor at the time!

Terrible terrible service. 4 ladies work at front desk. The way they talk to patient is like we owe them million dollars. No doctor in before 12pm. Why do you open the damm door if no one can treat kids. Rude, slow, nothing good at all.

Extremely rude and incompetent receptionist. There was a home attendant form that I needed the doctor to complete for my father who has trouble walking and the receptionist insisted that he make an appointment. I called ahead of time and I even went to the office to make sure that an appointment was actually required as it seems unnecessary for my father to come in just for the doctor to complete a form. The day my father arrives, the same receptionist tells me that he didn’t need to come in. The reason why they needed me to book the appointment was so that they could make money for the “visit.” It’s extremely unprofessional and the receptionist has a really disgusting attitude towards the doctors patients. It’s no wonder this place has terrible reviews.

那个有点胖的前台非常rude没礼貌是真的。 姓吴的医生也非常没礼貌，无法完整听完病人陈述（不到2min吧）就说什么 你不要跟我说这些🙄我说我有点皮肤病，她都没看下就听我说的直接给我开药了（后来找了专科医生，人家起码看过之后才开药的）。 另外一个姓刘的医生就很好，人比较开朗，会跟我解释有的检查不是必要的可以不做。
