I dragged mom out of a nursing home to see Dr. Margulis in March. Mom was in a wheel chair, on high concentration oxygen and could no longer lift her arms or legs. Dr. Margulis didnt even look at mom. She shouted into her microphone some basic info and requested blood tests. We said we were there because mom was declining and although everyone agreed mom had some rheumatological disorder, they didnt know what to do for her beyond steroids. Dr. Margulis dismissed us and said come back in two weeks. She barely looked at mom. Mom died a week later. We paid for a private pathology report. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Margulis for over 10 yrs and I was fortunate that the hand specialist I had seen sent me to Dr. Margulis I had been to different doctors prior and no one knew what was wrong Dr. Margulis knew I had rheumatoid arthritis and immediately placed me on anti inflammatories Dr. Margulis is a Miracle worker and I’m so glad she’s my doctor she’s a tough cookie and some people don’t like that but if u want a straight shooter no babying she’ll help u deal with this terrible disease good luck I’ve been a patient of Dr. Margulis for over 10 yrs and I was fortunate that the hand specialist I had seen sent me to Dr. Margulis I had been to different doctors prior and no one knew what was wrong Dr. Margulis knew I had rheumatoid … More

I use to go to her for years very friendly down to earth I was in very bad shape when I first had A visit with her ten years later I can say with her I've learn my disease better and I am doing well I have lupus and raynaud's she helped me out big time wish I had her still.

Dr. Margulis is a true healthcare professional that provides holistic care. Her commitment to excellence is a part of improving the health of all patients and she accomplished that through quality care and service that sets standards for other healthcare providers and exceeds patient’s expectations. By incorporating her extensive knowledge of patient care, culturally congruent delivery of care and patient care planning she delivers holistic patient care to all her patients. Without her I would have been wheelchair bound and a great burden on my family. She diagnosed me and has been in charge of my care since 2013. The only reason I love that my insurance was changed is because I get to have Dr. Margulis as my doctor. True, she's no nonsense but she has a heart and she knows what she's doing. I feel blessed to have her.

Most importantly what she does is diagnose her patients with Artharitis very well. Then she gives proper medications in terms of getting relief from Artharites which is also very important.
